Good morning from my home in new Fortson, Ga. This is my daily message to all my fellow war fighters for Sunday June 29, 2025. If you are fighting back the demons today, let a Brother or Sister stand beside you and help light your darkness. We would all rather listen to your problems today instead of hearing your eulogy tomorrow. ML&R!

@boldamericanpod So far Secretary Collins has been a relentless advocate & champion for US Veterans. Working nonstop to improve VA services while cutting out waste, fraud & abuse.

@boldamericanpod This “you can talk your way out of PTSD with positive thinking” outdated idea is so dangerous. PTSD is a pre cognitive reaction of the autonomic nervous system with an elevated set point. Vets don’t need pep talks. They need cutting edge therapies like MDMA, and somatic release.

@boldamericanpod This makes me sad. The trauma I’ve experienced as my disabled veteran’s caregiver at the feet of VA, contradicts these words. Devastating #BillGittins #PatientDumping

@boldamericanpod The VA hasn't "reached out" to veterans that doesn't come forward with a problem. It's not "their" job to offer anything. the veteran HAS to say the need. Isn't there counselors that can see problems? The VA is about making staff "rich" with doing as little as possible.

@boldamericanpod What if the VA caused the hurt?

When it comes to lung cancer screening, the VA only screens 14% of eligible veterans. Proper lung cancer screening would save more lives than any single intervention. Low dose CT annually. It’s a no-brainer. Make them do it, Secretary. Lung cancer is the single largest cause of death for US Veterans. @SenJackyRosen @SenCortezMasto

@boldamericanpod What if it's the VA that's broke? I am hurting. Turns out, getting AWAY from the VA is what initiated recovery. I'm finally gaining some traction down here in the trenches tho, sir... I'm sure you'll hear about it soon...

@boldamericanpod Yeah we are "BROKE." We need a RAISE. Try living on the pittance the VA gives to it's service connected disabled veterans. We're BROKE and we're HURTING. Active duty have gotten THREE raises above the COLA in recent years, but disabled veterans get JACK SQUAT. WHY?

@boldamericanpod Wait wut? I get treated like a drug addict for needing to have my non-opioid pain meds (schedule 5 controlled substance) refilled every 5-6 months. *schedule 5 controlled substances in the United States are drugs with the lowest potential for abuse among controlled substances!
