Jon Meacham: "We don't really have two functional constitutional parties at the moment. The Republican party has become a vehicle for a personality with authoritarian tendencies and those tendencies took concrete form in the aftermath of the 2020 election."

His opinions are worthless

Oh sure. Meanwhile the DNC, the media, Big Tech, and the three letter federal agencies (you know, the ones that lied about Hunter's laptop?) all work together to get Biden elected. There's a word for government and corporations working hand in glove. Starts with an F

👆🏼You have your parties mixed up.

What makes Jon Meacham so sure it's the Republican party that has "authoritarian tendencies?" The Administration conducted a far-reaching censorship effort directed at posts on tech platforms. Free speech is the bedrock of democracy but they violated it and are still in denial.

Having lefties lecture us about authoritarianism after their covid response is a special kind of special.

Great propaganda 😂 man I feel bad for anyone who actually believes the dribble these guys spew.

Gee, that's so weird. Lock-downs, mandates, a Governor who wants to disarm her state in New Mexico, open borders, A NY mayor who said his city is in shambles and it's the Republicans that are the authoritarians. HAHA. Things real authoritarians say.

It’s hard to believe even one smart person works at MSNBC. Which party is sending one group of people to prison for non-violent acts for 22 years, while ignoring violent acts of another group affiliated with them? Which party refuses to enforce the law at the border? Which party allowed the Supreme Court to be threatened in an effort to thwart their independence? Vile people.

Hate to break it to him, but the Democrat party hasn’t been a functional Constitutional party for the better part of a generation.

An alternate universe
