Jon Stewart: "It does strike me that as soon as workers start to demand higher wages and as soon as government stimulates on the demand side..suddenly the economy decides we're going to go into crisis mode and hyper-inflate everything." Yes, there's no way his economic ideas are wrong. It...

You said Tinubu administration is bad. As how? Because the economic is hard. People are hungry because there is no money. My question? When have people not complained that the economy is bad? At least, to the best of my knowledge, my grandfather complained of bad economy till he died. Yet, he married up to 10 wives; built houses with graduates among his many children. Similarly, my father kept complaining about the bad economy since I was born till he died. Yet, he married two wives; built houses with three graduates including me. So, I grew up to know that no government can give you the better livelihood you are agitating for. You, go and get it! Don't wait for government. Get money or succeed by any means but not in a way that will send you to prison. But get it anyhow, though, in a legal means. You can't keep one source of income and succeed in this economy. The era of free economy is gone. Go with the economic realities. Ilú le - the country is hard was sang by Victor Olaiya in 1966. We were told that year was the beginning of inflation. So, which days were better days? You can insult me. You can even curse me. You can start saying I'm supporting this evil government. There is no government that has not been described as evil by Nigerians. So, it is not a new thing saying this government is evil. Nigeria is hard yet people are building houses. I have gone to housewarming (Duplexes) two times this year. One for my cousin and the other one for my friend. People killed cows worth of N2 million in this Ileya and they are still killing more cows yet you keep saying the economy is hard. My piece of advice: Make good use of the harsh economy because it is not going to be better as soon expected. However, Nigeria is moving towards the right economic direction. There are better days ahead. Copied!
