I’ve always thought of the AR-15 as the Barbie Doll of stunted, angry, white military cosplayers with deluded persecution fantasies. They like to dress it up, add tactical components like laser sights, “Punisher” decals, etc., and pose in the mirror wearing their Chinese-knockoff tac-gear.

@jordanklepper Have drag artists thought about incorporating an AR-15 within their act? It may make them more acceptable to the American Right; OR have the Right dropping the AR-15 like a stone as their weapon of choice 🤷🏻‍♂️👍🏻 At the very least, half the US would be tremendously confused

@jordanklepper Statistically: Using FBI Expanded Homicide Data Table 8, Homicide by Weapon Type, for 2019 (most recent year available): If you combine all other non-firearm weapons, including bare hands, poison, explosives, etc, you 3,667 deaths. Firearms deaths are over 10,000.

@jordanklepper Ironically on my first day of high-school I witnessed a swarming with 2x4's as the weapon. You could call it a mass 2x4'ing. Nobody died, obviously. Just some bruises, maybe a broken bone or two, and a super strange story/first impression. Funny how that works.
