👤: There are a lot of trainees who practice hard. I think Jimin of BTS is far the best. In the case of Jimin he was really hard on himself to the point where we thought it was harsh. The T&D used to be called the 'Artist Development Team' back then. We took care of him a lot. 👤: The impressive thing about him was that Jimin was a dancer before he joined so he already had the habit of dancing in a smooth way. As a pop artist he had to fix it. Since there are many dance moves that require a lot of power he had to break that habit. We gave him that mission and in the following months evaluation, I got a feedback that he had improved a lot. I was surprised to hear that. I was amazed by how much he practiced, I still remember it clearly.

Randomly did this music video with Fab when I was 19, the rest of the models were in their 30’s and some of them were mean as hell lmao. I had no idea I was gonna be the main girl in the video. He was tryna put me on and get me signed to the talent agency that booked the other models, but I told him I really just wanna make art. So he changed the video from pouring paint on my body, to me being drawn instead and I draw the last scene of the video.

My wife in 2012 took her own life… and one of [my kids] was worrying to me because he never processed his mom’s death in a way that I could observe. About five years ago… he went to Patagonia to kayak a white water river that I kayaked for many, many years… The night my son arrived there, the guy [he stayed with] said to him ‘I’m doing an ayahuasca trip tonight’… so my kid ended up doing this. After he drank the ayahuasca… he felt himself sinking through all the geological strata of the Earth, and he told me… he had a total understanding of all of the processes that had laid them out through the eons. He ended up being propelled out the other side of the Earth and then floating through space for what he experienced as hundreds of years. He would focus on a distant planet and be transported there, and on each planet he would have an adventure and at the end there would be a lesson that he was supposed to remember. The last planet he visited, his mother was there. And she started passing through him, in and out of him again and again and every time she did that, he felt all these experiences of forgiveness, of love, of understanding, of comprehension, of empathy and compassion. When he came back from that trip, he was completely changed. He was very open about talking about his feelings, [but] the reason I really know that it changed him is he started taking out the garbage and doing the dishes. I have a friend who’s a Navy SEAL who had severe PTSD and he went to Costa Rica and had the same kind of experience. I have a couple of other friends who are in the NFL and they also had severe brain injuries and depression, and the same thing happened. So, my mind is open to the idea that there may be things that I don’t know about and that people ought to have the freedom and liberty to experiment with these things.”

“In the wake of ‘The Boys,’ I signed a deal with Amazon. They wanted to develop something with me in mind, so I had a few meetings with different writers and different kinds of takes for shows. When I met Derek Haas, who created #Countdown and has written all 13 scripts, I just clicked with him immediately. He and I actually grew up in the same town; we went to neighboring high schools, so we had a lot in common right off the bat. But he's just a really great storyteller, and he comes from a long line of writing really kind of intense stuff. And so the character that he created, I just felt like I could tell that story in the world that he was also creating. That led to more meetings, and then that led to some outlines. I got to read the first script, and I just really liked where it was going. I liked the kind of world that he was setting it in, and I got excited about it. I was fortunate enough to be in a position to do that and be there from the beginning, the genesis of it all, 'cause that's not normal. For most actors, everything is kind of already cooked, and then they come in - they get cast in a role that's already happening. I was kind of, not involved creatively, but I was already on the train from the beginning in the station, so that was nice. And there are some twists and turns with this show; there are some big reveals, so to speak. So I'm excited for you guys. I'm excited to get it done - we're about halfway done with the season right now. Chandler Smith had much to say about the impact Kyle Busch had on him, as well as the many Kyle Busch Motorsports alumni in the Truck Series (and beyond), after paying tribute to his former boss with his signature bow. "He meant a lot to me in a sense of he took the time out of his day when I had questions. Not to rush me, he would sit me down and explain what I was asking and giving me the answer, and being thorough about it. "... He cared really deeply about his drivers. And the ones he believed in, you could definitely tell, because those were the ones that he wanted to really take time with."
