Josh Pate says it wasn't even close: Virginia Tech won the coaching carousel.

He’s right 💯

@sekrah Dude can stop bouncing on it for James Franklin. It’s so weird.

@sekrah So the coach that got fired from the better school because he couldn’t win big games, is the best hire for a lesser school with lesser talent? Make it make sense

@sekrah Agreed completely here. Also believe that Penn State made an upgrade as well.

@sekrah Yep they won the carousel if you want to beat bottom feeders and lose big games. Percent hire then for VT. James will benefit from the ACC as well, it’s far easier to navigate, BigTen and Penn State way over his head

@sekrah He also said Penn State killed their hire as well

@sekrah He wants to date Franklin.

@sekrah Lane wanted the job badly, source- I know people

@sekrah Hes so cooked

@sekrah Penn State apologists in this thread lol. Like a bitter girlfriend that broke up with their boyfriend and now regrets it. High school vibes from the Lions.

@sekrah Oof sorry, Franklin isn’t as good of a coach as Campbell according to this.

@sekrah What does he know about coaching? Also, he was pushing James Franklin's name throughout because Franklin gave him a free pass into the Penn State building during the spring. He is a businessman and Josh Pate pumps guys who give him the most access

@sekrah I can't agree any more... 💯

@sekrah Still think it’s hilarious that Josh Pate called you out that one time for being blatantly wrong, saying his “mystery” man for Penn State was Sonny Dykes. You probably were laughing about it too I imagine.

@sekrah Franklin quit on team after Oregon. Always trying to be cute, with trick plays and formations. If Allar ran the offense Coach Smith ran he’d be a much better QB and PSU has 10 wins. He can recruit, beat the teams he should and lose the top 10 games. Easier conf. No expectations.

@sekrah Lane Kiffin was the first coach to express interest in the VT job. #Facts

@sekrah @VT4L_Joe Nope. UCLA! Bookmark me!🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

@sekrah @VT4L_Joe Correct. Mediocrity reigns

@sekrah 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

@sekrah 😂

@sekrah Thank you @JoshPateCFB

@sekrah You are such a Franklin dick rider. I guessed you enjoyed losing to big time games

@sekrah Group pride 🥰

@sekrah Good look or bad look?

@sekrah Virginia Tech is gonna roll that conference 😂 Bookmark this please.

@sekrah BREAKING: Can confirm that freshman OL Owen Aliciene will RETURN to Penn State under its new staff! The 6'7", 300lb tackle has a very high ceiling, and is a projected multi-year starter down the line. #WeAre

@sekrah So true
