Italian reporter Gabriele Nunziati was fired from the Nova news agency last month after asking the European Commission a question about Gaza. In solidarity, another journalist — Vincenzo Genovese of Euronews — asked the same question: “Does the Commission consider that Israel should pay for Gaza’s reconstruction, as Russia should do for Ukraine?”
