I want to see the advert. It was vague and he’s exposing them. Further more, they shortlisted him. This is exactly the reason jails are full of innocent ppl… lack of attention to detail.

The rules are mute on who must make the nomination. Another point is the interview should have continued bcs he was shortlisted... The judiciary keeps on making blunders,focused on politics instead of their KRA

😮 so this is how Apartheid operated. The judges on those benches would nominate themselves and probably short list themselves. Now judges Post Apartheid after following suit and over 30years it went unchecked.

The question they should have asked was who shortlisted him.
