Clear Hlophe but thus a very long route. Just change the constitution. It’s not fit for purpose.

In 2001 in Venezuela there was Mission Zamora and in 2000 Zimbabwe also did Land Reform programme. Those are 2 countries that did it. Look at their economy like since they did it. The capitalism system is stronger than we think.
