Judge William Sullivan heard a motion this afternoon from Patrick Clancy's attorney asking that the 911 call, autopsy images and photos of his children not be played or shown to the public during Lindsay Clancy's trial. Kevin Reddington, Lindsay Clancy's attorney, stood up and explained that he agrees with... the motion. "Patrick Clancy has suffered one of the worst tragedies that anyone could ever suffer. How that guy is not an emotional basketcase is beyond me, and he has been. He is trying hard to move on with his life. The ADA's inappropriate interruption of the judge saying, "So he gets an opportunity to say it" is not zealous advocacy. It's disrespect, plain and simple.

I agree, the internet is forever and the public shouldn't have access to it.

Reddington is a real one. There’s no winner in this trial. Let it be done quickly and let the real work for society get done in civil court.

Umm umm umm I think you district attorney is a nasty woman and wants to project as much pain & suffering on the Clancy family as she can possibly inflict. This is a trial not a witch burning. Learn how to start a sentence with something besides umm umm umm.

Patrick Clancy is the VICTIM in this. The defense is willing to stipulate to save everyone the pain of this. Seeing photos and torturing a man is not cool. The defendant under EVERY medical discussion is having sui@idal ideation. You will scar these jurors forever with the photos. this is not justice it’s disgusting.

The only people that should see and hear those items are the jury.

Let Patrick make his victim’s statement now. Don’t victimize him further —taking everything else from him—and pretending at the end you care. The prosecution needs to listen to the victim!

Just for Patrick, alone, don't. This has got to be deeply traumatizing for him. Seeing those images could do a lot of damage to him. Already, the news media is outside of his door? They need to put a stop to that! The 911 call will be triggering Thank God for this firm Judge!

I agree. The 911 call and all crime scene/autopsy photos of the children should not be made publicly available. Patrick should not have to worry about seeing/hearing that in the media or online ever. He is also a victim in this. I hope the judge grants the motion.

As long as the jury sees it all, because it IS horrible and they are the only ones who can mete out justice for the babies who were wearing those onesies when they were brutally murdered by their mother.

Her former husband is going to testify to try to help Clancy. That doesn't sound like he's moved forward and gotten on with his life

All of this crap could be avoided. Plead guilty. No trial. What the hell is she trying to prove? Her life is basically over. He moved on - rather quickly - to NY. She will just sit in a psych hospital like Andrea Yates.

@HeyDizzzy Love or hate Readington, he’s a darn good lawyer. While addressing the laws at play, he speaks in a way that layman can understand.

I can’t even comprehend losing your family in a blink of an eye then having the mental capacity to fall in love and remarry in a year.
