This is why I always like the concept of the juggernaut being an avatar of a god and his power is being magical. That you quite literally can't stop him. That the hulk would try to stop him mid-run and the hulk gets pushed back because the juggernauts power is quite literally I always win a contest of strength when you try to stop me you just lose. It's why you have to use creativity to beat him. You can't stop him, you can redirect him though. If you get him off the ground and disrupt momentum that works too but that also requires you to grapple him and he has effectively infinity strength so you really don't want to grab him because that means he can probably grab you. If Cytorrak is feeling directly challenged he will just bullshit right back. There is a whole big meme about what if there's a wall of adamantium what wins? Juggernaut or wall of adamantium? Normally the Juggernaut just smashes the wall out of wherever it is and moves it to whatever location The juggernaut decides to stop at. But if Cytorrak is feeling particularly pissy then he just goes yeah the wall is just going to get melted and moved out of the way the same way magneto was able to pull it out of wolverine. Because fuck you that's why.
