Julio Rodriguez is a class act. This kid will remember that small interaction for the rest of his life.

You are 100% correct. On my birthday, over 50 years ago now, Hammerin’ Hank Aaron signed a ball for me. It says “Happy Birthday Laurence, Hank Aaron.” I still remember that like it was yesterday. (And I still have that ball, of course!!) Wish I’d been born on April 8th instead of April 9th. Then I’d have been there for his 715th! Oh well. 😂

Not wrong! George Brett @georgebrett signed a ball for me when I turned 10 at Kaufmann. I've told the story a billion times since. Thank you sir!

1 thing I give baseball players is the fan interaction. Might be the best in all of sports

I seen Rodriguez do the same when he was in Baltimore. That’s what baseball all about

All players should take time to interact with kids at the game.

Love! Reminds me of going to a Guardians game about 10 years ago and Mike Napoli rolled a ball off the back of the dugout for my son who never got even close to a game ball. The stadium was nearly empty and the usher and fans rooted Napoli on and he came through!
