Gators are a part of our backyard here in Florida. Got to be alert at all times that's for sure. This one today was a little close. We have lived here 17 years with them and never had any problems. It's the water moccasins and coyotes that scare me the most.

She is incapable of putting a sentence together without a teleprompter and even she appears to know she is in way over her head. This election is very important and this along with the many other clips of her attempting to answer questions should SCARE THE SHIT OUT OF YOU!!!

As a daredevil, I have been skydiving, love to bungee jump, and will do almost any zip line I come across. There was one in Costa Rica that was too sketchy for me, so I sat that one out. With all that said, this right here would scare me more than any of those things.

In this operative video, Dr. Cohen demonstrates the supracerebellar transtentorial approach for resection of a medial tentorial meningioma. After devascularization, the tumor becomes more gelatinous and is removed with suction while posterior cerebral artery branches are protected to prevent occipital ischemia. The tumor-involved tentorium is then pulled into the resection cavity after its medial attachment is released. Smaller arachnoid bands are divided, the field is cleared, and the affected tentorial segment is removed. Final inspection shows no obvious residual tumor in the field. In this operative video, Dr. Cohen demonstrates the telovelar approach for resection of a large hypervascular vermian hemangioblastoma. The interface between the hemangioblastoma and surrounding tissue is developed with coagulation and sharp dissection. As the dissection advances deeper, bleeding risk increases, so any capsular entry is controlled with further coagulation. The tumor is operated on from deep to superficial to protect the floor of the fourth ventricle while identifying larger anterior vessels. Only vessels clearly entering the tumor are coagulated, preserving cerebellar vessels and maintaining hemostasis near the fourth ventricular floor.
