Selena Gomez reveals how Benny Blanco proposed to her. “I thought we had a shoot that day, so I had hair and makeup done, and I was just going about my regular day. I got into the car, and I was thinking to myself, ‘Where are we going?’ Because at that point, I felt like I knew all the studios I usually go to” “It was just me and my security guard, and he was laughing because he was just like, ‘I don’t know. It’s a new space’” “We got out. I walked in, and all of a sudden, I saw no one in the room. I looked at my assistant, and she just shut the door. And I was like, ‘Uhhh…’” “I think you envision all the things you would do and say when someone proposes to you. But it is actually the craziest feeling. EMIBONNIEANY MID YEAR SALE #EucerinxEmiBonnieAny 🎤: What was the moment that you were most impressed with during Blush Blossom Fan Fest? 🦊: "หัวไหล่ตูด (Head, Shoulders, Butt)" which was one of the songs we performed, bc the shows on the first and second day of the concert were different. We changed a bit of the choreography on the second day. When we had spare moments on the second day, we would practice. We used our limited break time to practice and make it a different show, so that the fans could feel awed. 🐰: I was going to say the same thing as P'Mi. 🦊: Really? 🐰: Yeah. 🦊: It was a pretty amazing shot. 🐰: Yeah, it was a moment that we didn't dance the same on both days. 🦊: And we thought that very morning like, why don't we make the shows not the same? 🐰: Yeah. And when we were doing the (photo) benefits, the fans might've seen us looking dazed. We were dazed, but inside we were thinking, what should we do? What should we do? 🦊: What should we do for the fans to be even more excited? 🐰: We were reviewing the moves in our head. 🎤: There was a comment just now saying, "You did amazing. The shows were not the same." 🦊: We were a bit anxious, bc we didn't have time to do a run through at all. We practiced in the room and then performed it on stage. I was nervous abt whether we would be able to do it. Usually, I can't remember choreography that quickly. So I was a bit nervous abt whether we'd be able to do it. It was definitely a memorable moment. 🎤: But it came out very memorable. 🦊: Yeah, it came out exactly as we envisioned. Even better, actually.

Sergey Brin on AI and Jeff Dean back in December when Gemini peaked: “I would say in some ways we for sure messed up in that we underinvested and sort of didn't take it as seriously as we should have, say, eight years ago when we published the Transformer paper. We actually didn't take it all that seriously and didn't necessarily invest in scaling the compute. And also we were too scared to bring it to people because chatbots say dumb things. And, you know, OpenAI ran with it, which is good for them. It was a super smart insight, and it was also our people like Ilya who went there to do that. But I do think we still have benefited from that long history. So we had a lot of the research and development of neural networks kind of going back to Google Brain. That was also kind of lucky. It wasn't luck that we hired Jeff Dean. I mean, we were lucky to get him. But we were in this sort of mindset that deep technical things matter. And so we hired him. We hired a lot of people from DEC, honestly, because they had the top research labs at the time. But he [Jeff Dean] was passionate about neural networks. And it stemmed, I think, from actually his college experiment. I don't know. He was like, whatever, curing third world disease and figuring out neural networks when he was like 16. He's done crazy things. But he was passionate about it. He built up a whole effort. And actually in my division at the time in Google X. We had him but I didn't I was like okay Jeff you do whatever you want. He's like oh we can tell cats from dogs. I'm like oh okay cool. But you know, you also trust your technical people and soon enough they were developing all these algorithms these neural nets that were doing some of our search. And then, you know, Noam came up with a transformer and we were able to do more and more. But yeah, I mean, so we had the underpinnings, we had the R&D. We did underinvest for a number of years and didn't take it as seriously as we should have.” Both Jeff Dean and Noam Shazeer left Google in the past two months.

Carson Palmer says he and Chad Ochocinco would argue about whether or not he was open on the previous drive, so they drove to Indianapolis to study what Peyton Manning, Marvin Harrison and Reggie Wayne did on the sidelines “Chad and I were having a lot of success on the field, but then we’d come off the field and he’d be, ‘Dude, I’m wide open.’ And I’d go look at the picture like, ‘There’s 19 guys covering you. You’re not.’” “So we went down there to see what those guys were doing when the defense was on the field. What was Peyton doing? Was Peyton sitting by himself? Was he looking at pictures? What was Marvin doing? Was Marvin goofing off like Chad was?” “So we went to learn. We saw them communicate. They literally talked every series after. And it was never Marvin going over to Peyton. It was Peyton coming over to Marvin and Reggie.” “That was just something we implemented. We saw what they were doing on the field, obviously, but you don’t get to see what they’re doing when they’re getting Gatorade in between series.” “Seeing that constant dialogue and talking about this, talking through that — that was something that helped Chad and I get even more on the same page.” “We wanted to see what was going on. What kind of communication was it? Once a quarter? It was every series.” “They went three-and-out, there’s three runs, they would come over and talk about something because they’re always, ‘All right, we ran the ball three times. Here’s the run action we gave them. We’re going to hit them with the play-action post or the play-action corner,’ whatever it was.” “They were getting ready for that next series. And that’s something that Chad and I implemented into our games.”

Dwyane Wade speaks on how much the 2006 Heat team would party during the season 💀 “We were out in them streets. We were hanging, we were partying. We had guys coming in 6,7 in the morning. We was living in Miami! The same thing the visitors were doing, that’s what guys on our team was doing… Shaq had to be like ‘Riles can you push practice back?’ It wasn’t a team that was so strict. If you come into the year and say these are the things your supposed to do to win a championship, we didn’t do that away from the court. That wasn’t a team I looked at like ‘oh yeah, we gonna win.’ We just so happened to start clicking at the right time… We were building our relationship like ‘to the windowwww, to the wall!’ We were hanging… Miami was on fire. We turned Miami into a whole different culture once we started winning. We were the first set of the Heatles. We had to manage guys enjoying that but also get work done on the court… it seemed like a unserious group away from the game but We had guys they knew how to turn it on, and I got really good” (Via Zach Lowe / DWade)

GIVE PEACE A CHANCE First released on July 4, 1969. Yoko: All those Vietnam protests really changed the world. There was always that element who were really resisting it. That was the saving grace – that people were aware that they were that young generation who were really against it. And so it worked very well for the world. And the Bed-In was just part of it, a definite part of it. It was a statement on a very theatrical level and I think it was very effective. We were artists and did it our own way. We felt very good about it then, and it was such an incredibly strange thing that we were doing. At the time it was a courageous thing to do. John was making the statement in a way that he was looking at the far, far future. I saw it in his eyes. He was saying, ‘OK this is what we’re going to do together.’ And we’re going to give peace a chance. To the world.

Bint : Honestly, I was actually more worried about being scared that if we played a GL and there was a period when people were talking about queerbaiting, they might think that if we didn’t educate ourselves properly and just went ahead and did it, it could end up having a negative impact on the community. It’s a type of novel that I really love too, so we also had to take the time to properly learn about and understand the community. If we can use our voices for this community in any way, we should do it too. Because we’ve stepped into this industry, I feel like we’re part of this community now🏳️‍🌈 #puinoonbint #bintsireethorn #puinoonwrsr

Here’s Rivers’ full confession from tonight’s LUX TOUR Confessional with ROSALÍA: “When I was in high school, there was a boy I really liked. We talked, but we were ‘just friends,’ and as time went by, we got to know each other more. He would ask me out, and it started becoming something more. Then, one day, he told me he liked me and felt the same way. I was so excited, so hopeful. His birthday was coming up, and there was going to be Pal Norte, a festival here. I spent months saving money to take him to the festival. I even did raffles and everything, because I was 13 or 14 years old. When his birthday finally came, I had prepared a surprise for him, organized everything, and planned a special moment. When I gave him the gift, he saw what it was and got kind of weird. Then he told me, ‘Oh, it’s just that I have a family commitment,’ or whatever. Something like that. But he had been saying for months that he wanted to go, so it didn’t make any sense. I said, ‘Okay, fine, nothing happened.’ Since I had the extra tickets, I told a friend, ‘This is your opportunity, come with me.’ She was going to the festival too, so we went together. We were about to leave when, guess who I ran into at the festival? Him. With someone else, all cuddled up, and I think they were holding hands. And the worst part? Do you know who it was? A classmate. After that, I didn’t want anything to do with ‘Nati’ and I hated everyone for a long time. I spent several years not trusting anyone and not wanting to meet people in that way. But it was an experience, and eventually I realized it didn’t have to be that way.”

The Lyrics of Imperfect Mew : Every moment in the song is based on a true story. 🗣️: Can you share some of it with us? Mew : Looking at the lyrics, the first verse starts from the moment of waking up. I wrote it when we were on a cruise, we went to the Caribbean together. The image of sunlight shining on his face, that messy, bedhead look right after waking up... just how incredibly cute he was 😆 Mew : The next verse talks about things we’ve experienced together, such as when we went traveling and missed a train. When we look back on it now, it’s actually funny. Or when it suddenly started raining and we didn’t have an umbrella, so we had to take off a shirt and cover ourselves. In those moments, the imperfection somehow became perfect for us. 🗣️: So this is all based on a true story? Mew: All of it is real. 🗣️: Not a scene from a series? 😂 Mew: No, it really happened. The train incident happened in Munich. Usually, he’s the one who checks the schedule. Like, where to go, which platform and what time. But that day, it looked like he read it wrong, so we rushed because we thought we were going to miss it. But actually, he didn’t read it wrong, the train changed platforms. We had to go to another one. It was funny. No one was at fault… the platform was the one that was wrong 😂 Mew : When I told him which moments behind the song, he related to it so much. He listens to it every night now. He probably knows the lyrics better than I do 😂 Mew : Usually when I write a song, I let him listen to it first. He relates to this one so deeply that he especially loves it.

Kylie Jenner says she was weeping in bed after showing her daughter the first episode of the family show “She said, ‘Why are we famous?’ And I sat her. I’m like, ‘We started a television show when I was a year older than you, and that’s why we’re all in this together, because we were all on the show together.’ She was like, ‘Can I watch it?’ And I’m like, ‘Sure’” Kid Cudi: “Oh, that’s so dope. Seeing your kids watching the show must be crazy” Kylie: “So we turned on the first episode. Some things I didn’t realize were inappropriate. So right when I knew that it was about to start playing, I fast forward through all the inappropriate stuff, but I showed her a cute scene of a house party that we had and just some little things that I knew were fine” “She was like, ‘Okay, mommy, when can we watch episode 2?’ And then she kind of left the room. I was so emotional after” “I don’t know what hit me, but I was weeping in my bed. I don’t know why that happened to me. I was just like, maybe it’s my daughter being the same age as I was” “And just seeing my family, feeling so grateful for all that we’ve built, but also mourning that closeness when we were all kind of living under the same roof” “It was very emotional. I didn’t know it was going to hit me like that”

I saw the Glory of God I saw the Glory I just left a place, and I really don't know how to explain it. I escaped direct gunfire in the front and in the back with AK47 from all sides. I saw smoke around my car. None of us were hurt, how we escaped we didn't know. Thank you Jesus! Over 3 guys shooting at us. We went somewhere, while waiting for the person we heard gun shots. Only for us to see some guys with Ak 47 shoot at us. I started the car, reversed and saw more guys shooting. They were after some persons and thought we were with them. But those ones had ran. So they faced us I can't tell how we were unhurt. We saw smoke everywhere in the car I just kept driving and speaking in tongues. It was after we left and in a safe place that I saw our tire flat. God came through, we escaped, I was driving and I was looking at them shooting at us in the front, in the back, from all sides, I was reversing and they were shooting, all over the car we were feeling the smoke and it didn't hit us Until I left there, I didn't know what happened. How deep it was. Know I am seeing the guy in front pointing the AK 47 and shooting rapidly. Turning to meet another fire. Bending down and just speaking in tongues, the sounds were deafening and smokes all around the car. I had 3 guys inside with me. My workers. What we have is real. What we have is real. What we have is real. What we have is real. What we have is real. What we have is real. What we have is real. What we have is real.

Back when we were filming it was summer. You know when it comes to how he treats himself…how should I put it his self-requirements, the standards he sets for himself… how do I explain this? There was this one thing that really honestly, even I felt it. I thought, wow, he’s really incredible. We were filming in the middle of summer, you know? It was during summer vacation super hot. Really, really hot. And how disciplined was he? He was so disciplined that, in order to protect his voice, in weather that hot, he wore a scarf. You know? And he drank hot water out of a thermos. I really thought, wow this guy is so cool! Drinking from a thermos, wearing a scarf you know? That scene was just… do you understand the kind of shock I felt seeing that at the time? Everyone else was wearing T-shirts, and we were practicing dancing, completely soaked in sweat. And there he was wearing a scarf. When I saw that, I was really just…I felt that his standards for himself are truly, truly high.

DYTD PRESS TOUR #DareYouToDeathPressTour : if you were to write one song for Dunk do you have one? 🌞: if we’re talking about writing a song for Dunk… actually the two songs released “Doubt” and “Friendzone” were both inspired by us. i referenced Dunk. i’m saying this directly honestly — i referenced him : why? 🌞i feel like maybe it’s because i consume social media - read fanfics - read friends’ works and things like that. i mean i know quite a lot about different kinds of relationships. there are many types you know? like secretly liking a friend - liking a senior or being close friends : and what kind of relationship do you have? 🌞we’re close friends : oh a close-friend type of relationship. 🌻: you asked all those questions just to know this right? just this : so is “Doubt” also about close friends? 🌞as for “Doubt” it was written during a time when… let me put it simply — it was during a period when i felt we were distant… i wrote Doubt during a time when we were distant : with Dunk? 🌞with Dunk. it felt kind of unresolved i didn’t know… 🌻you look at me. you keep looking at P’Leo. : look at each other 🌞back then there was a lot of doubt.i didn’t know what you were thinking or what you were doing during that time i mean i didn’t know what my friend was thinking what he was doing. we didn’t update each other much. i didn’t know how he was doing 🌻so that’s why it was “Doubt” right? 🌞that’s why it became lingering 🌻actually i admit that i don’t talk much my song is also about not talking much (Wordless) 🌻not talking much (Wordless) so it becomes “Doubt” - it links together 🌞yes. phi Kang already planned it that way. to make it match

What do you think of this? As much as I’d love to say this was so easy and brilliant it was the opposite. We had to actually rip it back out when 50% done because tiling was poor and not what I wanted standards wise and also the design wasn’t the best in my opinion. Back to the drawing board and re start. What a bloody job

Dwyane Wade on his “I ain't going out like this” moment in Game 3 of the 2006 NBA Finals and winning Finals MVP in his 3rd year: “We need some points going — can nobody guard me in my mind…now I’ve figured it out…I’m talking to myself — I ain’t going out like this — not me, it ain’t got nothing to do with the team…I wasn’t talking to nobody, I was talking to myself…I remember us last year, we were crying in the locker room…I see just the rim, I blackout out…I did not understand what I really accomplished until we were standing up on that podium and we were all giddy and happy that we won, when they got to the Finals MVP trophy, I was in the back, I wasn’t thinking about It. When Shaq grabbed the trophy and handed it to me I was like ‘oh sh*t. You a bad boy.’ (via Miami Heat YT)

Louis talking about the Donny shirt he designed but gave his grandad the credit😭 That’s a good kit! Louis: This is Yeah. Well, I’m glad you said that cuz this is this is the one I designed actually back in the day. It’s very…If this…This is either that one or the remake. It was funny ‘cause we did it we did a…this is not really the kind of thing I should have made, but we did a competition. It was like a competition and I really really wanted to put a kit forward for it. It was just like a fan competition. And I will say I saw some of the designs. I was pretty happy with my design, but in the end, I didn’t want people to realize that I’d done it. It felt like special treatment, so, I just gave the credit to me granddad and he actually went on local news claiming that he’s designed the thing and that was that (He wanted it to be fair😭)That was this kit. I’m near certain of it. Unless we did a remake that was kind of similar. Yeah. I mean, but for like sentimental reasons, let’s just pop it here (Louis saying that he wants to buy that kit even though he might own it purely for sentimental reasons😭My baby🥰🩵) #ClassicFootballShirts

JOONGDUNK PRAEW PODCAST #DearMyselfxJoongDunk “third photo is the day when it was almost unbearable” —— 🌞it’s the photo that day i took my sister out; i had been working very hard for several consecutive days, but in the end she said she wanted to go out together. normally my sister doesn’t really want to go out with me much cause she likes staying in her room. although i was the one driving - in the end it seemed that day she was the one kind of taking me out. like sometimes we forget our goal but that everything i work for nowadays is to take care of my nongs nothing else. every day is tiring almost no free days, but i do all this work cause i want to see my nong at a good school - in a good place. that day made me feel that being close to my nong fulfilled something inside me like “yeah what i’m working for today is for my siblings - and that day we sat together and had a full meal with my nongs” my mom didn’t come she was tired and stayed home getting a massage : has this event been a long time ago? 🌞it was a long time ago. but i still remember it ecause sometimes we remember the day just from the feelings of that day - that’s why i chose this photo : that day going out with tired feelings but probably coming your room with a different feeling? 🌞actually it was another feeling kind of like still tired right but it’s the kind of tired that feels really good it was like reminding myself that today i really did what i wanted to do 🌞i see my nong sister has her own room - my nong brother has his own room and my little sister also has her own room. everyone in my family gets to eat what they want 🌞cause i grew up in conditions where i couldn’t have what i wanted. i didn’t have shoes as nice as others - didn’t have nice bags - didn’t have the best quality pencils. i would use almost a whole pencil before i could get a new one asking mom for a new pencil. so i felt that i don’t want my siblings to have to live like i did. : that was your life when you were in Turkey? 🌞yeah not extremely difficult but i had to be frugal : what you’re telling sounds like you were taking on your dad’s role 🌞yeah but did i want to do it? no! i didn’t want to take my dad’s place at all. if i could choose to go back if i could choose i would want my father still alive. but in the end everything forced me to grow up on the day i didn’t want to and in the end i did grow up
