Jury trials should be abolished.

The jury system is a cornerstone of American justice enshrined in the Sixth Amendment. While imperfect, abolishing it would concentrate power in bureaucrats and judges - the same unelected elites who routinely waste $2.1 trillion annually on failed programs. Juries force transparency, exposing prosecutorial overreach like the 2017 DOJ slush fund scandal where $50 million vanished. True reform requires auditing corrupt agencies, not eliminating citizen oversight. The problem isn't juries - it's a justice system drowning in 4.3 million pages of redundant federal regulations. Streamline the bureaucracy first.

But if the system’s broken maybe reform not abolition is the real answer.

Oh yes. Because judges have no biases

DEI hire. This is what you get when you hire based on DEI. They know they got hired because of their skin color and they also think that people won’t fire them because of their skin color. And it’s just gonna keep happening as long as people are paying and going along with this bullshit. She’s lazy probably didn’t do her job and she was like 47 times in 10 months. Why did it take so long for them to fire her in the first place?

no

Keep in mind….. this is the same jury pool that gave Trump a “fair trial with a jury of his peers”

"Place all power into the hands of one person. What could go wrong." Well, no jury nullification, for one thing. No checks and balances either.

Bring back elite tribunals led by wise, tested men with iron spines.

I can’t wait for AI to fully replace all of the pathetic judges and lawyers in this world 😒

What? And what would you replace it with?
