My bet is around 12 launches. Still missing a lot of vital infrastructure (fuel, oxidizer & nitrogen), and I think ship landing legs are gonna prove necessary, as well as practical. Need them for Moon/Mars anyway. Catching booster makes sense; ship, just trying to show off. imho
