Waiting on black tables is by far the worst experience a server or bartender can ever have. The most work you will do all day and you’re most definitely getting a 5% tip at the end of it. No server ever has been like “Thank God I get to wait on a black table” Beyoncé and Jay Z could walk in and you STILL won’t know if you are getting a tip at the end. I’ve paid servers to take my black tables, I’m simply not putting up with it

Asking for the manager is gay as fuck. If the waiter is being a dick just stiff him or ask him for a refund immediately and leave and never come back. The only people who ask for managers are losers who want the drama. Its never necessary unless the employee refuses your refund
