Seriously, they should make Manila Bay a tourist spot. The sunset there is really amazing. Make a spot where people can just sit and sip coffee or play acoustic music. Before, there was a spot behind Folk Arts where people would go just to see the sunset, or, when the water was still cleaner, go for a dip. Introduce blue economy.
