After a long day of shopping, I put my feet up on the table in front of your face & make you worship these giant sweaty soles 🥵 You’re so easy to trigger. You are just an atm.

It's taken me some time to digest what happened on Waitangi day but ultimately I'm disgusted that morons have been emboldened by David and Debbie to be so absolutely disrespectful to not only our government but to our Māori politicians who come from the North. Debbie and David need to get back down the line. Winston and co need to not go back to Waitangi next year and create a NZ day somewhere like Mission bay where they can go cook some sausages and just chill with normal people instead of trying to cater to fuckwits who are just going to be disrespectful... Like I said to my mother the other day, you follow tikanga and if you don't like something a speaker is saying, mutter that shit under your breath but don't ever talk over the top of them.....

If you’re someone who feels like nothing is going your way right now, I want you to know that you are so loved! You are so valuable, not just to me, not just to your friends or family, but to the God of this universe!

Sega’s Altered Beast is a masterclass in frustration. Hitboxes are tiny, and you move like you’re walking through sludge. If you miss just 1 power-up orb, you’re stuck as a puny human fighting giant monsters. "Rise from your grave" sounds cool until you die for the 10th time 🐺⚡

Kite surfing hits different. One moment you’re carving across the water, board slicing through chop, kite pulling like a jet engine in your hands. Then you hit the ramp of a wave just right—*pop*—and suddenly you’re launched 80-100 feet into the sky. Time slows. Wind howls past your helmet. You’re weightless, floating above the ocean like some mad god, spotting the next set rolling in below. It takes a special kind of crazy to chase that feeling. You’re trusting a giant kite in 25+ knot winds, hurling yourself at waves that want to bury you, then sticking the landing so clean it looks effortless. One wrong edge and you’re rag-dolling across the water. But when it clicks? Pure freedom. No engine, no rope, just you, the wind, and the sea in perfect chaotic harmony. Most people see the jumps and think “insane.” We call it Tuesday. The stoke is unmatched—heart pounding, soul lit, coming back down grinning like an idiot because you just flew. Anyone out there charging this season?

Don't forget to download the new ChessMonitor app, if you still haven't. It's for serious chess players, but noobs are also allowed and encouraged to join! The best way to prepare for your opponents on the go. More improvements are on the way.🍿♟️

🚨 THEY’RE GASSING YOUR BANANAS - AND IT’S ALL ON CAMERA A man calmly walks through the process on video. “Another day of gassing.” He starts with ethylene gas. Selects the gassing room. "We do gas organic and regular bananas." He dumps the gas liquid. Walks to the control machine. Closes the sealed door. Presses the menu. Turns the gas ON. “And we are gassed.” Industrial-scale chemical exposure done routinely, quietly, and out of sight. Green bananas go in. Yellow bananas come out. Perfectly timed for shelves. It’s so normalized that nobody ever questions it. You really thought the bananas you eat just ripened naturally?

Joseph Campbell: You must have a room or a certain hour a day or so where you do not know what was in the newspapers that morning. You don't know who your friends are. You don't know what you owe to anybody. You don't know what anybody owes to you. But a place where you can simply experience and bring forth what you are and what you might be.

Good morning and happy Thursday you lovely people. So happy to be back in Dinos cafe this morning for one of my favourite breakfasts, the eggs Monte Carlo. Remember you are a ten times stronger than you can ever imagine. Just keep on moving. Always give it 110% and don’t go home until you’re proud. Busy day today, grafting this morning and filming at Buckingham Palace later today, what a wonderful place. Have a wonderful day and I’m sending love to you and your family. Bosh❤️🇬🇧
