Just a question: If Tyler Robinson "Never confessed" why did he not take the stand in the preliminary trial and make that statement? URCRP Rule 7B(a) says that he may take the stand in a preliminary examination and testify to as much.

I have a question. If Brian Harpole and the military built the explosive microphone at Ft H and Tyler wasn’t involve then why is she now saying….. She absolutely believes Tyler was involved and he certainly buried clothes at Dairy Queen? Why would Tyler need to pick up clothes and bury them at DQ if he wasn’t at the college and didn’t shoot Charlie? That makes zero sense. What an odd thing to say. And if Lance is a FED and helped set Tyler up and she says Tyler was an accessory and burying the clothes, in her words not mine is Tyler a part of setting his own self up? 😂😂😂 Does she even think about what she says before she says it?
