Just discovered a looming issue that has been ongoing. I had been curious why my engagement was not the same - as if something had artificially interfered, and I’ve felt this way for months, but just now have been given official confirmation- Do I feel like it makes sense to limit your reach to people because you are affiliated with brands? No. But I am also appeased knowing that the artificial barrier which had been holding my account back has been discovered and can be adjusted. My account @leviconelyfitness has posts which have reached 7,500 likes when the account has 11,000 followers. My like to view ratio is exorbitant on that profile, but even on this profile, I have healthy and thriving numbers. It’s simply that my reach to the explore page had been shut down by the administration/algorithm. I look forward to the next few stages and posts- to see how much better things could’ve been doing. Meanwhile, I’ll show you examples which can help inform you of what’s possible.

This guy is so funny. He said I was lying because I used old screenshots to farm engagement. But when I showed a video, he challenged me to share the account names. Like… if I didn’t own those accounts, how would I even be able to log into the dashboard like in the video, bruh? Before, I actually shared one account just to prove my point, but then competitors started copying the content nonstop (literally downloading and reposting it without any edits only change app icon bruh not just copying ideas, because copying ideas is normal, even I do that). It got so bad that I basically had to abandon that account, even though it had multiple viral posts and had grown to 17.7K followers. You can check it here. Ah, and this is just the phone I’m post myself. I also have other accounts where I hire students to post. 😌

After reading Lee Junhyuk’s interview about their encounter at AAA, Lim YoonA actually expressed gratitude toward him 😆 “I ended up sitting next to Junhyuk-oppa the whole time. At first, we just exchanged greetings, but he talked to me a lot so it didn’t feel awkward. I think he has a really good personality, and I felt a sense of closeness. I didn’t expect he’d felt sorry toward me. Rather, I was thankful that he approached me first and spoke warmly like an oppa. I could have been sitting there alone without anyone to talk to, but he kept me company, so I was grateful. When he was seated farther away during movements, I even felt a bit gloomy. Now I feel like I can greet him more comfortably when we meet again, which made me really happy.”

Yooooo what's up with Fortnite bots in chapter 7?! They've evolved like CRAZY! Look at this movement. Bro literally cracked my shield and had pretty good movement. I have a working theory that there are actually A LOT more bots than we think there are in matches. not the 30-50% they tell us there are but actually like 90%. I'm not talking about just for low skilled players like me, I think the high tier players have these next level bots or even better all over their matches too. What do you think?

Tesla’s 2026.14.6.12 update with FSD 14.3.4 feels like one of those “small numbers, big difference” releases. Lane changes are way smoother now, less hesitation, more clean decisions instead of that awkward “should I, should I not” moment. It just picks a gap and goes. Parking is also noticeably better. It seems more confident about where it’s actually trying to end up, so fewer weird corrections at the last second and less circling around like it’s overthinking it. And the biggest win for me is the reduced stab braking. Way less of that random quick brake tap feeling, especially in normal traffic flow. It’s just smoother and more steady overall. Not a flashy update, but it definitely makes everyday driving feel more relaxed.

HTML Artifacts are a big part of how I work with agents now. Artifacts can be more than just static files. When combined with agents, they can take action or help you take action. This unlocks all kinds of interesting ways to work with agents. This is clearly the future. Check out this writing and scheduler artifact I built in a few minutes. It uses a bit of HTML and JS. All the data is in markdown (Obsidian vaults), so the agent can access and modify it at any time. No DB needed. No sophisticated functionalities. The agent decides all that for me based on the skills, context, and memory it has access to. The best part about this simple stack is that all the important information stays with me. This has allowed me to build a recursive self-improving system and automations that can better tap into coding agents like Codex or Claude Code. I could have paid or built an entire app for scheduling posts, and there are so many of them out there. But I don't need to. I've realized a simple artifact does the job. And the simplicity of it is actually an advantage. Very little maintenance for very high returns on personalization, time, and efficiency. The other benefit of this is that I can add features as I please. That level of personalization feels magical, and we should all be pursuing more of it. All of this just keeps compounding. Of course, this example is just about writing. But I have similar artifacts for research, design, experimentation, evaluation, and so much more. And no, I didn't actually publish the post example I shared in the clip. It was just for demonstration purposes. I actually spend more time than this when writing together with agents. Lastly, having built my own agent orchestrator tool has made me realize that simplifying the tool stack is a superpower. Two weeks apart. Same person. Different choices. This isn’t a “fell off” post. This isn’t shame. This is reality. This is part of the story. After the show, I went from 168.4 lbs to 182.2 lbs. And at this point… it’s a choice. I’ve realized something about myself: When I hit a peak, I tend to sabotage it so I have something to chase again. But the truth is.. Greatness is built by staying disciplined after the high, not restarting from the low. And as someone who’s lived both extremes more times than I can count, I’ll say this with full honesty: The pain of discipline is ALWAYS better than the pain of regret. So here’s the good news… I get to use this moment as fuel. I get to document the entire climb back and show you exactly how I’m going to do it using the same systems I teach in G7 Coaching and the G7 Fitness App. No waiting for New Year’s. No “Diet Starts Tomorrow.” We start today. It’s Game Time. 💪🏾😤

So, I got on a train from London to Twickenham today, except it became apparent after a little while that it was heading to Weybridge and wasn’t going to Twickenham, so I randomly decided to get off here at Staines upon Thames. Now I’ve always known it as just Staines, but they’re obviously more upmarket and posh here now. A bit like Henley or Richmond. I walked from the station through the market to the river and have found a most pleasant pub. If I don’t get a job with the Staines upon Thames tourist board with this post and my photos, there’s no justice. So anyway, come to Staines upon Thames; it’s the place to be.

gunwook and kyehoon first impression of junghwan #소정환 🧸 junghwan was actually one of the people ive wanted to get closer to so i was really looking forward to this opportunity i thought he had a strong image but he's way more of a prankster than I expected so he was really cute. it’s fun, and joking around together is so much fun that it really feels like the three of us became true best friends which is great. 🦊and in junghwan’s case, since he's such a sunbaenim figure, at first... uh he was a bit scary, but now he just feels like a younger brother to me. to be honest, gunwook and junghwan are so cute I could die. this trio has a cuteness agression towards each other 😆 and i understand.

While I have premium I definitely want to do a long post breaking down the main scene from this show that I obsess with. There's so much that I feel could be learned from it. Not just for expansion animators either. There's honestly a LOT that can be learned from how this show directed its expansion scenes that can be applied to even safe for work animations. Obviously yes, the expansion alone is really good. What makes it so good though is just the fact that there's things you pick up on that you likely don't even realize until you re-watch. I'm using this scene as an example as it's not AS good I would say, but it still has a lot going for it. One thing I've always loved from it that I want to use in my own animations someday is that the expansion sort of comes in waves as opposed to one consistent growth. In a way, it makes it feel more natural while also selling how tight the top is getting. It could have been accompanied by showing the knot getting tighter or smaller with each growth. It's a small part of the animation but just that one thing already adds another layer to appreciate. It's not like most expansion scenes where there's very little outside of just "growing" on its own. There's a bunch of little things that subtly improve it without being obnoxious. The first expansion scene has WAY more that I want to talk about honestly. Far more than this one has. It will probably be a really long post now that I think about it...

16 time PGA Tour winner Justin Thomas on the Philly golf scene getting ready to play Cricket Club tomorrow “It's spectacular. Obviously I would love to play some of the other courses: I haven't played Merion. I'm honestly kind of bummed that I hadn't played here beforehand because I selfishly would have tried to go play Merion while I was here, but I feel like it's in my best interest and my job to play the golf course that I'm playing this week. I feel like obviously to me, it's just a different style and a different look of golf up here. There's a place that's really close by that I was driving past, and they all look so cool. I kind of think of it similar to like in Scotland or Ireland: there's no bad golf courses it seems like you can play, you know what I mean? They all look so unique. They have the old templates, the old kind of architecture and the crazy green complexes, the bunkering. Just something about the bent fairways and the rye, bluegrass rough, how it just kind of shapes the hole. It looks really cool. I think that there's so many, so many great courses that I'm sure we could have tournaments like this at, but just the infrastructure and the property itself don't allow for all of it. So it's cool that we get to come to a new place like this and experience it and play it.”

before pumpfun livestream feature is updated, before my account goes big and before I got some money, before everything, there was this token the beginning was so small at that time(over 2 years ago) rug was still rampant and I thought like 'why wouldn't they grow their project bigger rather than rugging at 10k?' sadly I became one of them now but regareless of it, I launched it just for 100% fun with buying 1 sol and turned on camera at TG group just for fun too someone said, "yo bro you should keep doing this this gonna be hella huge" so I did it I still remember the 2 guys who carried the whole project with max shilling and leading community members: Noble(this guy was pretty mean to me lol but still he was a goat) and Cassius(actual goat) it was a pure joy I did a stream 24/7 even while I was sleeping at TG and people were having fun in here(one girl took off her shirt when I was sleeping and I fucking missed it 💀) and my big bro Tyrelle Anderson-Brown came into my coin and helped me with 2 sol. I still remember this thankful money. with this I ate a nice dinner with my gf I still don't know the reason(maybe money laundaring?) but it went 5M and at this day when I woke up and checked my trojan, THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME I HIT 6 FIGS IN MY LIFE and I didn't sell a penny because community was more important than money at that time here's a list what community did for me - bought me a new iPhone - bought me a new MacBook(these two were for a better stream - my PC and phone was trash) - funded me almost every equipment for stream - formed a team with 10-11 members and kept supporting me they even put my sleeping video at Timesquare, NY here's a video so how can I sell this lmao but sadly the coin goes up, the coin goes down too and this happened to my coin too it was sooo tough days but I kept doing my best and it ended from up 130k to making 3k only this project was like if someone asks me "what did you do in this year? can you answer to this question with confidence?", I will answer this coin with 100% sure and I just turned on livestream with this coin just for fun too was very good days

Look at that horizon! Hear the creaking! 🤢🥲 Not going to lie, I am struggling, mostly with the relentlessness of so many rough sea days one after the other. This definitely isn’t the roughest seas I’ve had and I’ve felt much much worse before, but never so many sea days in a row. 😅🚢 I’m so grateful I’m not a crew member because I am useless for anything much other than napping. I did have grand plans to catch up on a lot of work while here but that’s not happening. 😂😂 It’s a shame because she’s such a brilliant ship, the entertainment is great, the staff have been lovely and there’s lots of yummy food, but I don’t feel I can take full advantage of it. 🤢🥲 Ps, has anybody ever tried hypnotherapy for seasickness? I’ve tried every prevention and remedy in the world over the last 19 years and now I’d try anything. Seasickness is so miserable. 😅🙏🏼

I did have grand plans to catch up on a lot of work while here but that’s not happening. 😂😂 It’s a shame because she’s such a brilliant ship, the entertainment is great, the staff have been lovely and there’s lots of yummy food, but I don’t feel I can take full advantage of it. 🤢🥲 Ps, has anybody ever tried hypnotherapy for seasickness? I’ve tried every prevention and remedy in the world over the last 19 years and now I’d try anything. Seasickness is so miserable. 😅🙏🏼

Good morning and where do I start? I’m so proud of the man you’re becoming and I’m so thankful to have you in my life. The first player I met and the first player I had dinner with after I became the receivers coach at Baylor. Yes I’m speaking it into existence but it’s also the feeling I have when I tell you God truly has a calling on your life. The person you are lets me know the lord is and will continue to bless you more than you can imagine. I love you like a son, little brother, nephew, etc…. Played receiver for a big time program like Baylor, played in the NFL, from the great state of Texas but more importantly a GREAT person and man of God. So you have all the tools you need to be successful in this coaching profession but more importantly LIFE! I’m so thankful to be a part of your journey. I’m going to do EVERYTHING in my power with the help of God to make sure you succeed. I told you this and I truly believe it. You’re the next great coach/receivers coach. seeing how hyoyeon did the challenge with arno really made her words hit deeper... while she might not be directly referring to arno but... she is really so kind 🥺🥺🥺 💗how should i say this but initially when i debuted i felt that i was one of the members didn't get a lot of opportunities as we had quite a lot of members 💗when i look at the rookies now, there is always a visual centre or someone that is always filming dance challenges, feels like (the company) keeps only pushing 1 member but by their side there are members who has the "i can also do it" expression. while they might be giving good reactions like "wahh" but you can feel the ambition in their eyes, so i feel kind of sorry for them as i was like that too 👤i get it, it's not like they are faking their congratulations but it just feels a bit empty, their eyes feels empty... i can understand as i am also aware of these feelings 💗so they tend to catch my eyes more and i tend to ask them for their names as i have been through that before...
