#NAMIBIAVOTES2024 | Some polling officials undergoing election training in Nkurenkuru, Kavango West Region, are threatening to boycott or not work at the elections on November 27 if their request is not met. With only one day of training to go, the trainees are requesting for their daily training rate to be increased from N$150 a day to N$300. The spokesperson of the group, Stefanus Kudumo, says the ECN has been paying the same N$150 for years, adding that they cannot afford to pay for three meals and accommodation per day with that amount. The training rate was N$100 per day, but it was increased to N$150 about 7 years ago. Even though the trainees were aware of the daily rate before accepting the job offer, they say the last 9 days have been difficult on their pockets. There are 1,141 polling officials in Kavango West and will be deployed to eight constituencies. Contacted for a response, ECN's regional electoral officer, Elizabeth Visagie, told nbc News that she is unable to comment at the moment. I met with Ukrainian service members who are training at the European F-16 Training Center in Romania. We spoke with the cadets about specifics and conditions of their training program. We also discussed the challenges our pilots face and how the state can help address them. At the center, our guys undergo different stages of training, including theory and real sorties. The first Ukrainian pilots began their program there in 2024, and some of them already carry out combat missions to repel Russian aggression. I thank Romania, the instructors at the center, and everyone who is helping us defend ourselves and counter Russian terror. We will always be grateful to the United States for the opportunity to strengthen the protection of our sky with American fighter jets, as well as to Denmark, the Netherlands, and Norway, which have already transferred aircraft to Ukraine.

I am gonna piss a lot of guys here, but the reason they say they prefer natural to fake girls is just an ego response to the insecurity these fake women make them feel. The biggest culprits of it in my experience are French guys who will settle with a hairy armpit orangutan and still shit on the fake girls. Funnily enough I brought one to a bunch of them and they were all puppy dogs, even though some had girlfriends. Like the experience the guy says in that video. The same as women who will say that they don’t like guys with sleeve or neck tattoos. Guess what, they slept with one or more of them before settling for your ass. These are just stories people tell themselves for the choices they have made. Femininity and masculinity traits or signals attract beyond the consciousness, and the response people have towards them is more an indicator of their past than what they truly respond to.

I've just left the Mater Hospital after meeting health workers from many backgrounds who are genuinely terrified for their own safety and for the safety of their families. They are appealing for those behind these attacks to stop. These health workers are the people who care for us and our loved ones when we need them most. I made sure to share with them the deep appreciation that the vast majority of people have for the work they do every single day
