Day 3 in the GIF beta. Still no complaints in my thread, and nobody’s told me how to make it better yet. The idea is simple: - T2/T3 GIFs in chat give those tiers real value - Higher-tier GIFs give streamers another reason to push upgrades - Streamers who wouldn’t otherwise hit the $50 payout threshold get there - Viewers who can’t drop $10 or $25 can still earn GIFs from events / Hype Train - Twitch takes more sub and upgrade revenue People won’t hype this from me because I don’t have clout. When you ship it, they will. I can keep iterating on the presentation (borders, sizes, lock states, event-acquired GIFs). That only works if the backend pieces I already listed actually exist: tier-gated GIFs, event/Hype Train unlocks, and streamer control. So — what do you think of the improvements so far? I love tinkering.
