Interestingly, during Julie’s testimony, she said the call from Jen McCabe was missed (she did not answer) and the call was at 5:55 AM. However, when being interviewed by Proctor and Bukhenik on 2/10/22, Julie stated the call was at 4:55 AM and that was when she found out about John dying. John was not found until 6:04 AM.

Interestingly, during Julie’s testimony, she said the call from Jen McCabe was missed (she did not answer) and the call was at 5:55 AM. New footage of Jen and Matt McCabe at the O'Keefe's home the evening after the murder of John O'Keefe. On 1/30/22, Jen and Matt arrive at 8:29pm and then left with their daughter at 9:12pm. Jen looking interestingly exhausted as she first arrives and quite snappy with her daughter when they leave 45 minutes later. 🤔 Earlier that day, Jen and Kerry Roberts had spent 5 hours at the O'Keefe's. From there, they would 🔹️stop at Jen's for 7 minutes 🔹️stop at 34 Fairview Rd for 4 minutes and then proceed to Canton PD Detective Sergeant Mike Lank's home. This off-the-books meeting lasting roughly 45 minutes. Important to note, Lank has a long history with the Albert family. He, in fact, was the only officer trusted to enter 34 Fairview Rd multiple times during the early hours of 1/29/22. Jen McCabe had multiple police interviews on 1/29. At one point in the morning, she called Lank back to 34 Fairview to speak. He arrived and spoke to her in front of many Albert family members (Brian, Nicole, Chris, Julie, Kevin) and Brian Higgins. This is where Jen said, for the first time, Karen Read allegedly “admitted” to running over John. “I hit him, I hit him, I hit him”. On 2/1, she had another MSP interview at her home. Kerry Roberts had a police interview on 1/29 where she texted Jen that officers were about to interview her. Jen telling Kerry to call her after.. which is precisely what happened. On 2/1, Kerry had another police interview at Jen's where they were making a “timeline” together with Jen's sister Denise Galvin. Later that evening, Jen would be speaking to Michael Proctor on the phone and Kerry asked to speak with him as she suddenly “remembered” things. Karen Read was arrested on 2/1 at 7:40pm. After, Jen and Kerry Roberts would eagerly be texting one another about how their detective skills solved a murder. Jokingly, Kerry would claim Sandra Bullock to play her in the movie that was surely to be made. Jen adding that they were like an 80s detective sitcom show and Matt is like the character played by Tom Selleck. Due to the history of ever-changing timelines by Jen, one has to wonder.. was her spending 6 hours in total at the O'Keefe's home after the murder of John genuine (as a "caring friend") or was something more nefarious going on?

Yesterday, Ian Whiffin testified that his theory behind Jen McCabe’s incriminating 2:27am Google search is unsubstantiated. Shortly after, Jen McCabe took the stand at 2:27pm to begin her testimony. Today, she was handed her grand jury transcript while on the stand and it’s 227 pages long. Oh and another fun fact: in Jen’s state grand jury testimony transcript, nowhere across the 227 pages did Jen state that Karen Read allegedly said “I hit him, I hit him, I hit him!” the morning John O’Keefe’s body was found. The front lights come on…That means someone is downstairs at the door but according to their story, NO ONE is downstairs yet Brian & Coco come downstairs, Lank already AT THE FRONT DOORWAY entering 6:47 — Matt calls Jen back So who turned on the lights between 6:39 if everyone was upstairs? Coco testified “As we walked down the stairs… Officer Lank was walking IN the house… At the same time Matt had come, I assume she had called him.” This is the key sentence Coco testifies Matt arrived at the same time as lank when she and Brian came downstairs. But… 6:47 A.M. Matt calls Jen The phone log shows Incoming call from Matt to Jen at 6:47 A.M. for 18 seconds. This is 13 minutes after Jen first called him. And it’s AFTER Lank is inside the house and AFTER the table interview is supposedly beginning. So ask yourself If Matt was already inside the kitchen or foyer with Lank, WHY is he calling Jen’s cell phone?

Listen below with enhanced and isolated sound, in both real time and 0.75x speed, and hear Karen clearly saying to Jen: "Use your phone [to search] how long for you to die in the cold," as Jen is on the phone with 911 (the recording is from a voicemail from a different phone that caught Karen speaking to Jen) at the scene where John O'Keefe was found, suffering from a head injury and hypothermia, after Read allegedly struck John with her car --while drunk driving with a BAC 2-4 times over the legal limit-- and left him to die on a lawn at 12:32am that morning. So, in short, Jen McCabe --as multiple digital experts, including from Cellebrite, have confirmed-- Googled how long to die in cold at 6:23am and Karen's defense expert, Richard Green (a man with an arrest history for filing a false police report) simply misread a write ahead log in cell phone data from Jen's WallDB that caused years of unnecessary smears directed at McCabe.

So let me get this straight… Jen McCabe’s phone was: Plugged in behind Sarah Levinson… Also somehow in Jen’s back pocket… And making multiple “butt dials” to John O’Keefe’s phone all while allegedly charging across the room? Sarah testified it was right behind her and Jen “checked it periodically.” Jen testified it was in her pocket “butt-dialing.” So I guess when someone allegedly said “nobody’s leaving this house till we get our story straight,” they must’ve been talking about a different house… because this one clearly didn’t get the memo.

EXPOSING JEN MCCABE’S 2:27AM SEARCH 🧵A thread🧵 Proof she’s lying. No computer expert necessary. ADA Adam Lally asks Jen McCabe about when & why she made those Google searches at the scene in the morning. The video footage proves that Jen McCabe’s entire story about #KarenRead purportedly asking her to Google “hos long to die in cold” is a lie because it never happened. Jen claims Karen asked her to make those Google searches while the first responders are moving #JohnOKeefe’s body from the ground to the ambulance, which is interesting because her story starts out with them (her & Karen) seated in the back of a Police cruiser, so it’s unclear how they magically teleported from there to standing outside. As you’ll also see in the attached footage, it’s clear Jen & Karen are outside the entirety of the time leading up to when Jen claims this happened, removing the possibility that they could’ve moved from a cruiser to the outside to account for Jen’s story’s discrepancies. Officer Mullaney will further corroborate this. THE PROBLEM IS: Jen McCabe claims to have made these searches during the same time that first responders were working on/moving John into the ambulance, but this is completely disproven by dashcam surveillance footage from the scene showing him being worked on at 6:14:10am & moved into the ambulance at 6:14:50am. Jen made no searches at or around this time. She made her searches at 6:23 & 6:24am, nearly 10 minutes later. Furthermore, none of the things—like prayers & blood—that Jen claims happened between her, Karen & Kerry at this time, actually happen. The footage shows it’s all made up, like Karen asking Jen to Google anything. ————— JEN MCCABE’S TESTIMONY: Jen claims she was sitting in the back of the Police cruiser with #KarenRead, that she “scooched in” beside her in the back, and that Kerry Roberts came over.
