Police officers have placed security barriers blocking street near to the Central Police Station Headquarters and the Police Administration Building in Port-of-Spain. The blocked streets are St Vincent Street south between Duke and Queen Streets as well as Sackville Street from Richmond Street to the Red House. Motorists have been seeking alternative routes as the area is impassable at this time. This is a developing story. Video by Roger Jacob
