They keep being intentionally disrespectful because they never face consequences.
This isn’t a “moment,” it’s a symptom of a city run by weak leadership and the far left’s soft on crime disaster. When nobody respects authority, nobody respects you.
This is a total shame and it’s no wonder why all of the cities led by Democrats are in shambles and crime is through the roof.
