Wow they are arguing, definitely means she “clipped” his arm he flipped over in the air and had no broken bones, bruises or any injuries indicating a motor vehicle accident. And the taillight caused all those cuts and abrasions on his arm and the snow caused the gash on his head!

He didn't flip over in the air and she probably clipped more than just his arm unlike the ARCCA tests where they used a 30% smaller dummy. He had scratches not a single bite, and he fell on hard frozen ground. Barely any snow at that time. You are not well informed.

The only thing I have issue with is that John didn't offer Karen his seat when she came in. Other than that; Karen Read did not hit John O'Keefe with her vehicle, and a vehicle did NOT hit John O'Keefe.
