There was a thread on Reddit about this. Basically the big guy took offense to something harmless the little guy said as he walked past, this ensured and he fell back into the car and started blasting. The little guy said that they called the cops and the cops turned up at the same time as the big guy's brother who came carrying an automatic weapon. All hell broke loose and the cops arrested the brother. The little guy wasn't charged, in the end.
