In the Kasware wallet, under KRC20, I got an error stating "Network error with status: 503." Is this normal because the network is currently down?

I have a question. For example, let's say you mint 1000kas with a priority fee of 0.1 as shown in this video. Does this mean it will cost 1100kas in total?

Its a testnet version , from before tokenomics were decided by the community! It has the default mint limit set when deploying, the mainnet version will be 1 $KAS mints 28,700 $KASPER
