👀 So this happened to the Meycauayan River in Valenzuela, Philippines yesterday. Could it be due to the two big earthquakes. The first was a magnitude 7.4 and the second a magnitude 6.9, both in Mindanao (offshore), followed by loads of strong aftershocks. The river is about 950 to 1,000 kilometres (around 590 to 620 miles) from Mindanao. Just a coincidence, or maybe the quakes loosened the ground and released some gas. Something else?
