Folks, just following up from yesterday — neighbours on the road have confirmed that members from Dublin City Council were viewing the property with Roma family and encouraging the family to take it. Just for the record it's been fully gutted from top - bottom Meanwhile, there are families in the North East Inner City with children on medical priority who’ve been on the housing list for years. It appears that some families are being prioritised ahead of others to help reduce Minister James Browne’s homeless figures. Dublin City Council officials know this system isn’t fair, yet they seem afraid to speak out. We strongly urge all local families — especially those waiting years on the housing list — to go to your local council office and demand answers. This is happening in Minister Paschal Donohoe’s and Lord Mayor Ray McAdam’s constituency. It’s disgraceful that the Minister James Brown has given DCC the green light to purchase private homes for selective groups simply to cut the homeless list. Tell me I’m wrong, Minister — tell me this isn’t happening. Is this mis, dis or mal information?????

On Monday night in Fingal, councillors rezoned Dunsink, opening the land to a potential 40,000+ new residents; roughly the population of Leitrim. If those future inhabitants were locals or even people from Leitrim and if the infrastructure was ready, I might have backed the plan - yet they will not be and the council cannot say where the newcomers will come from. I voted against it because they couldn’t guarantee who the eventual inhabitants would be, coupled with the fact that little to no consideration had been given to wildlife, the ecosystem or the already established community in Finglas. The measure passed by thirty nine votes to one. This decision and many others like it flow directly from mass immigration into Ireland. That influx floods the housing market with new arrivals, makes homes scarcer for the native people and drives a speculative bubble. It creates a profitable setting for vulture funds and corporate landlords who often operate under state contracts to house a swelling foreign population. In effect, mass immigration operates as a modern plantation that replaces native Irish people with outsiders and transfers control of land and homes away from the national community. We are witnessing a vast handover of Irish territory and housing stock from Irish hands into foreign ownership. The National Party is the only party that stands in their way. We need a society where home ownership spreads as widely as possible among the Irish people. Without that spread, we face the polarisation, division and resentment that hollows out younger generations. We already see postponed family formation fewer children and serious social consequences on the horizon. High inequality and widespread dissatisfaction will erode private property rights for everyone except the super rich who stay shielded from the backlash. Remigration will reverse the alienation of Irish land from its national community. It will ease pressure on housing supply, which helps first-time Irish buyers and moves housing away from lopsided speculation toward its true purpose of supporting the next generation. There is only one pension scheme that works over the long term, and that is family formation. Getting young Irish people onto the housing ladder early remains essential for lasting economic and social stability. Restricting home ownership to Irish citizens rather than opening it to a vast global population stands as the necessary regulatory step. I recently submitted a motion inside Fingal County Council asking that all housing in the state be reserved for Irish people only, it never even made it to the floor for debate. As well as home ownership being the ideal, there should be a safety net of social housing available solely to native Irish people. Sustainable welfare systems demand high levels of national solidarity something that weakens when the system stretches to serve ever larger numbers of non natives. Irelands housing, land and future must serve the Irish people and the Irish people alone. The National Party will deliver a government that will do just that.

At last nights meeting of Fingal County Council, I proposed a motion to compel Fingal County Council to release the figures relating to the number of foreign nationals currently on the local authority's social housing waiting list. A similar question asked by a Cllr from Fine Gael in 2011, when answered, found that 51% of the individuals on the housing list at the time were foreign nationals. A figure that has likely only risen after 14 more years of sustained mass immigration. Last nights motion was seconded by Aontú Cllr Gerard Sheehan, who stated that he was against the motion but wanted the issue discussed. The Labour Party Mayor reprimanded Aontú for "working with the far-right", Cllr Ellen Troy jumped in to throw Cllr Sheehan under the bus and declared that Cllr Sheehan's support of the motion being floored "wasn't Aontú", as you will see in the video that will follow. After pushing for a vote on my motion, the motion was defeated 28-1, with both Aontú Cllrs joining the government and leftist parties to prevent updated stats on numbers of foreign nationals on the housing list being released. The actions of Ellen Troy in Fingal County Council last night, as well as her willingness to throw her own party colleague under the bus when he dared to allow open discussion of the effects of mass immigration into Ireland, shows definitively that Troy and Aontú leadership are more than happy to be joined at the hip with the Irish regime. The 28-1 vote result should tell you all you need to know about who the real opposition in Ireland is. Join the National Party.

Trickle down economics is a fallacy. The market cannot provide affordable housing. Prices are only going up, driving people into homelessness, or out of the city entirely. This protest was spurred on by the known fact that Somalians, Nigerians, Pakistani and all other people from outside of Ireland are skipping housing queues and are fast tracked into housing. Ireland's housing system is in a state of disrepair, primarily due to ineffective Government policies. My graphic illustrates the large number of vacant and derelict properties in Dublin City. It also shows the 4,666 entire houses or apartments currently listed for short-term letting on the Airbnb platform, with a total of 18,649 across Ireland. According to the Department of Housing, 9,671 adults and a record 4,170 children found themselves in emergency accommodation last month. The Government failed to meet its social and affordable housing targets by 2,680 homes last year and significantly underestimated the number of houses needed to be built annually by 17,000. It's widely accepted that Ireland requires up to 50,000 additional houses each year; however, the government's "Housing for All" plan only aims to build an average of 33,000. The 2022 Census shows that the country has 166,752 vacant homes and 66,135 empty holiday homes. Interestingly, nearly a third of these vacant homes (48,387) have been unoccupied long-term since 2016. To add to the crisis, the income needed to buy a new home in Dublin is €127,000, which surpasses even a TD's basic salary of €108,987. Ireland's housing system is in a state of disrepair, primarily due to ineffective Government policies. My graphic illustrates the large number of vacant and derelict properties in Dublin City. It also shows the 4,666 entire houses or apartments currently listed for short-term letting on the Airbnb platform, with a total of 18,649 across Ireland. According to the Department of Housing, 9,671 adults and a record 4,170 children found themselves in emergency accommodation last month. The Government failed to meet its social and affordable housing targets by 2,680 homes last year and significantly underestimated the number of houses needed to be built annually by 17,000. It's widely accepted that Ireland requires up to 50,000 additional houses each year; however, the government's "Housing for All" plan only aims to build an average of 33,000. The 2022 Census shows that the country has 166,752 vacant homes and 66,135 empty holiday homes. Interestingly, nearly a third of these vacant homes (48,387) have been unoccupied long-term since 2016. John Edwards, an Independent councillor for Sandhurst, is being punished and silenced for telling the truth about an Afghan resettlement hotel scheme in Bracknell. Last April, Bracknell Forest Council started to house 300 Afghans in a four-star hotel. The scheme provided on-site healthcare and “move-on” support to help Afghans resettle in private rented properties, with deposits and upfront rent paid for. All of this information was already in the public domain. But the council didn’t appear to like John asking questions about the impact of the scheme on local services and residents. It subsequently launched a year-long investigation into him, costing taxpayers £15,000. During the process, key evidence was withheld from him, his accusers were granted anonymity, and fellow councillors accused him of racism and xenophobia. It was claimed he had been reported to the police, and he was even compared to the murderer of the late MP Jo Cox. After a year, the independent investigator cleared him of all charges. Instead of accepting the finding, the council returned with a new, narrower charge. John is now accused of bringing his office into disrepute for telling the truth and exposing aspects and consequences of the Afghan resettlement scheme that the council didn’t want the public to know. Throughout all of this, John has not been allowed to put forward a defence. He now faces a hearing where the same councillors who branded him a racist will decide his fate. The council is using taxpayers’ money to fund its action against John — to silence a political opponent. The Free Speech Union is proud to support John. Carney does claim he wants to buy condos so he can set up a rent to own scheme. According to Carney, people who need affordable housing can eventually own their condo after renting for an undetermined amount of time. No details forthcoming. So yet another housing announcement with funding allocated, but no other details. As my quoted post highlights, our government has blown tens of billions on housing, only to provide almost no housing. The money simply seems to vanish. Obviously there are no hard targets for what the money will actually do. When that happens, the money is bound to get bled dry, with minimal benefit. The government is basically begging unethical companies and shell companies, to rip us off.

Fingal county council recently communicated to the public, "Council makes changes to organisational structure to meet challenges." Inside these press releases, they stated, that one of these challenges was the rapidly growing population of Fingal. At the meeting, I raised the real question: Where exactly is this population surge coming from when Irish births are collapsing? It's obvious: Mass immigration of non-nationals flooding the area, seeing new developments being snatched up, to between 80 - 90% by foreign nationals, is the source of the county's population growth. Every other councillor jumped to defend government policy and avoid the truth. As always, there's only one councillor in Fingal prepared to call it what it is, a replacement. Demographics are destiny. It's time to stop restructuring our country around replacement and start rebuilding the future for Irish people and their children. The only way we do that is by taking more and more seats in the next set of elections.

Last week, I was invited to Toobeah to learn about their community's fight against a secretive move by the state government and local council to give away land their community has cherished and cared for, to an Indigenous corporation, with no real community consultation. As I stood on that stage, I saw a powerful demonstration of community unity and resolve, an example that all Aussies could learn from. If you are not prepared to stand up and fight for your rights, then expect the government to keep walking over you. The fight to protect Toobeah Reserve from being transferred is about more than just land ownership. It's about affirming the fundamental right of individuals to participate in decisions that significantly affect their lives and futures. The neglected people of Australia need to send a message to their leaders: being ignored is unacceptable. And if your elected leaders keep refusing to listen, then it's up to you to replace them with leaders who will.

Nothing short of scandalous tonight as Fingal County Council voted en masse to adopt the variation of the Fingal Development Plan and to pursue an Urban Area Plan for Scribblestown and Dunsink. 20,000 housing "units" to be built - those on Finglas' Housing List CAN'T apply as it comes under Fingal. Scribblestown Lane to be used as a link road for site access for phase 1. Valley Park/Scribblestown to M50, Dunsink Lane to Scribblestown Lane zoned as residential. To add insult, Dunsink Dump is to be zoned as "Open Public Space" - despite the fact that Scribblestown fields are already an area of significant natural beauty and a genuine Green belt. The difference in how they treated Kinsealy compared to Finglas was worst of all, nothing short of contempt. In their eyes Kinsealy= Greenfield and Dunsink/Scribblestown= Brownfield. Cllr. Patrick Quinlan argued the fact that Scribblestown/Dunsink contained numerous species of wildlife including Badgers, foxes, bats and frogs among others. He always asked the question on would these "housing units" benefit Irish people on housing waiting lists - other Councillors proceeded to literally lose the plot. The end result see a "settlement" with a population greater than county Leitrim be built beside Valley Park and the settlers will likely by foreign nationals.
