By this I'd need a permit to hold a stick in public

ur perspective is disingenuous & inaccurate bcos 206, 3b ESTABLISHES what an offensive weapon is,and its adaption for use for causing injury qtn: Is pepper spray DESIGNED to cause injury or SELF-DEFENCE, who DETERMINES that? Clause 15 states a claim of right made in good faith.

How do I get the permit to carry pepper spray because I already have one.? I close very late from work. Plus the road to my house after my junction is dangerous at night. I really need to get this permit.

Good to know, though you should be sure of this because it is also a safety measure/defensive weapon for people, not for use as an offensive weapon. If Hawa Koomson felt threatened and her life was in danger with people approaching, she is well within her right to defend herself
