Did Donald Trump really just claim that Middle Eastern terrorists are terrorists because of their "genetics?" How is this not becoming 1930s Germany? “They’re sick people and a lot of them were let in here. They shouldn’t have been let in. Others are just bad. They go bad. Something wrong. There’s something wrong there. The genetics are not exactly… they aren’t exactly your genetics.”

Genetics is the lamest excuse in the book right alongside 'I'm too busy.' Both are just ways to avoid accountability. You have enough time and good enough genetics. You're just not using either effectively. My clients' before/afters speak louder than I do → check link in bio.

People who've been lifting for 5 years but look the same: "I train really hard, I just have bad genetics." Also them: - Stop sets at 5+ RIR - Never track progressive overload - Change programme every 6 weeks - Convinced the pump means growth - Train 6 days a week but never intensely - Blame genetics instead of effort Your genetics are fine. Your work ethic is terrible.

Insane: Patriots WR1 Stefon Diggs is in the BEST shape of his career despite tearing his right ACL just 5 months ago. Diggs' genetics need to be studied 🤯😱

Not genetics. Not shortcuts. Just years of showing up and refusing to settle. You're capable of the same thing if you commit and execute. Custom plan + daily accountability 👉️ link in bio to work 1 on 1

We’ve all heard coaches talk about how “smooth” a player looks‼️ But what can players “do” to become smooth and flow or is it just genetics? The Dominican Republic consistently produces some of the most athletic players! What can we learn about how they develop baseball Flow?

Larry Wheels tried to EXPOSE a so-called FAKE NATTY, but got a reality check after seeing his ABS 🤯💪 “Look at how big it is on your bicep, this is natural to you?” “Let’s be honest, that’s just genetics.” “Being this vascular, let me see the abs?”

Your plants don't need 10 xtra boosters. Y'all just throwing money at it with very little gains if any gains at all. Your plants require NPK, all them micro nutrients are already in your 2 or 3 part nutrient line. And they're micro for a reason. Trying to polish a turd. Genetics!

Look at this kid ⬇️ “Bad genetics” often is just someone with no violent intent during heavy lifts Guys with “good genes” are always lifting with aggression If you want to produce more force you need to command the body to do so It needs to be a bit more of a violent action

It makes me so upset how for years I’ve wanted a body like this and some people just have it. Whether it’s genetics or hard work. Why can’t I have a beautiful body? How fucking long will I have to wait to get one? How many more years of my life will I feel this fucking way?

Genetics does make a difference. This is Medanta Hospital, the most famous hospital of India. Its owner is Dr. Naresh Trehan, from the Punjabi Khatri community. He was born in Batala, Pakistan. Ruined by Partition, they came to India. On the day they arrived, his family had neither an inch of space to live nor a single paisa in their hands. And look where he is today. But some people just keep shouting “reservation, reservation” and claiming they have been hungry and thirsty for 5,000 years.

For years I struggled with hyperpigmentation, oily and acne prone skin, and I rarely felt confident leaving the house without makeup. Looking back at where I started, I’m so grateful for how far my skin has come. Part of it is age, hormones, and genetics, but consistency has made all the difference. Thank you The Ordinary for being part of my skincare journey. The glow isn’t just about healthy skin. It’s also about feeling comfortable and confident in my own skin🫧☺️🧑🏾‍🩰 #SelfCareJourney #HealthySkin #Niacinamide #HyaluronicAcid #SalicylicAcid

The nature really loves a good surprise: Salma, a Somali woman, and her Norwegian husband just had the sweetest little baby with blonde hair and bright blue eyes! Everyone is amazed, but it makes total sense Salma happens to carry hidden recessive genes for those features (you know, the kind that can stay tucked away for generations). Her husband, being Norwegian, has plenty of those genes too. When both of them passed the right ones to their baby, boom those light traits popped up. It is pretty rare and totally unexpected, but that’s the magic of genetics.

A lot of You People need to understand how much bad information about lifting comes from Bodybuilding. Not every bodybuilder, but a lot. Here is one great example. Clip 1: Bodybuilding legend Robby Robinson explains how to avoid injury in the deadlift, you need to bend your arms. Yes, you heard that correctly. The literal exact opposite of the truth, the exact mechanism which greatly increases the likelihood of tearing a biceps tendon in the deadlift (which ~never happens for people who do a controlled pull with straight arms) is what Robinson claims you MUST do to avoid injury. This isn't just a small disagreement. This is comically absurd levels of delusion. If it came from some random gym bro that would be one thing, but the important lesson here is that you can ascend to the highest levels of bodybuilding success and fame without knowing the most basic things about training that us mere mortals who have normal genetics and aren't blasting gear HAVE TO LEARN or else we won't succeed. Bent arms facilitating biceps tendon tears is easily understandable via mechanisms: The deadlift is a heavy lift that, if done at a weight heavy enough to spur adaptive stimulus, must be with much more weight than you can curl, then it will tend to forcibly straighten out the arms under load as you lift, which increases the chances of a rupture. But as a real lift demonstration of this phenomenon, I offer you Clip 2 which shows this happening in action: A lifter tearing a biceps tendon on a deadlift which you can literally see happening because of the bent-arm pull. I've never seen this happen in less than the 550-600 range EXCEPT in cases of bent arm pulls exactly like this one. If Robinson hadn't said what he said but I claimed bodybuilders say this, I would be accused of making up things to hate on bodybuilding. But this is just one example of a pattern I've observed over 25 years doing this. I have taught the deadlift to IFBB pros who have stood on the Olympic stage, who told me after the session that they had no idea how to do them until working with me, they just winged it and sort of copied what they saw other people do. If you want to learn how to achieve a bodybuilding look, most bodybuilders know a lot. If you want to understand proper technique for complex lifts and loaded human movement patterns, the bodybuilders who know and understand that are the exception, not the rule.

🐺🇹🇷 American ranchers were losing millions to predators they weren’t legally allowed to kill. Then, they found the Anatolian Shepherd. 🛡️🐐 The rise of the Anatolian Shepherd to become the most sought-after flock dog in the US is a wild story. It took 6,000 years of Turkish genetics, a canceled WWII project, and a massive shift in environmental law to create the ultimate American frontier guardian. Why They’re Built Differently Unlike standard herding dogs that wait for commands, Anatolians are wired to think and act entirely on their own. * Mind Games First: They don't look for a fight. They use their massive size and a booming bark to warn predators away first. * Serious Muscle: If a coyote or wolf ignores the warning, the Anatolian relies on a staggering 743 psi bite force to finish the job. * Gentle Giants: Despite their power, they are incredibly patient, treating everything from newborn lambs to family kids as their own pack. The Secret History & The 1973 Boom In the late 1930s, the USDA actually ran a top-secret "Sheep Dog Project" using a breeding pair gifted by Turkey. WWII funding cuts killed the project, but by the 1970s, US military servicemen stationed in Turkey started bringing them home because they were just too good to ignore. The real turning point came with the 1973 Endangered Species Act. Suddenly, wolves and coyotes were protected, and ranchers couldn't shoot them anymore. Desperate for a non-lethal shield, they turned to the Anatolian. By patrolling fences and purely intimidating apex predators, these dogs saved American ranches thousands of dollars while keeping local wildlife safe. From ancient Turkish hills to the modern American West, they truly are the gold standard of livestock defense. 🐕🌾 #AnatolianShepherd #WorkingDogs #LivestockGuardian #AgTwitter #FarmLife #History Footage credit Fırat Alkan

Honestly this does touch on our philosophy. We could very easily chase profits and charge $50 because it's entirely made in USA, the quality of the cotton and weave, the printing method, the inks we use etc. Obviously yall see others doing it for even lower quality products. Our pricing is not reflective of the product but we do it to keep it affordable and accessible and to help grow the mission of reshoring industry. A lot of people are trying to be made in USA businesses but also charge out the absolute ass trying to maintain margins and an income they'd grown accustomed to. It's an unrealistic expectation in our current economy and you're shooting the movement in the foot pricing yourself out of volume. Made in USA needs volume and cashflow. Goods need to be moving and exchanging hands, that's what drives the economy. If you're out there charging a premium people will still continue to go buy the foreign slop because it's cheaper and they don't share the values of what supporting made in USA really is. Shirts specifically if you're still using foreign shirts and cotton, they use the absolute cheapest shit they can find. (Just like wool, there's varying degrees of quality genetics that determines softness and performance). Probably the most frequent comment we get is about softness and how crazy comfortable our stuff is. That's for a reason and not by magic or accident. Our designs don't have that gross plastic stiff feel to them that flakes off and degrades quickly. That's for a reason because of how we choose to do things the hard way. We understand we care more about these things than most and for the general public they willingly buy lower quality stuff more to just support who is selling it. But I think awareness is also part of the issue because I was also one of those "it's just a shirt, who cares" people until I wore an AL shirt. They are hands down the biggest bang for the buck in this space and we have shirts lasting people years and years now for the same price you pay to fund china whether directly or indirectly. The best (and how capitalism is supposed to work) way to grow the movement is to be an educated consumer. Check tags, country of origin labels, ink and printing method. If someone is being shady or dodgy over the answers? There's your answer. And this goes for all products. We keep an active list of all kinds of made in USA products for all sorts of things that we have personally bought and used to check for quality both the product but also the business. anyway. TLDR we give up massive profits because we believe in what we're doing even tho it slows growth.
