This is working correct as per the upper arm no longer pens to chest, not a bug

Right so I can get shot in the arm 10 times by a 7.62x51 but the second a measly 1 pen warmaggedon bullet slips past my titty I get one tapped in a non vital zone of the interior armpit. Makes sense.

I think this is good actually, getting doubble damage from a round blacking your arm and then penning throigh to armpit and dealing damage to thorax sucked, this is better
