Amazing Video Andrew, That little speck is Mars right before the Moon covered it, unfortunately iPhone couldn’t take any better photos of the event

Watch Saturn emerge from behind the moon in real-time. The only editing done to this clip was brightening the shadows since Saturn was so much darker than the full moon. This was captured using an infrared filter which is why it’s a b&w clip. The ingress was captured in color.

Watching this scene as a kid, I just thought, "Oh, bummer, Wendy got old, but hey, new adventures with Jane!" Watching it as an adult, it hits differently. As a kid, you view the story through Peter’s eyes. Growing up feels like a choice or a mistake. But watching it as an adult, you view it through Wendy. You suddenly understand the crushing weight of how fast time moves, and you feel that bittersweet sting of realizing your own childhood is gone.
