Hills I will die on as someone who has coached high school football for over 29 years: 1. If you are not PASSIONATE about blessing, serving, and empowering those you are blessed to coach, this profession is not for you. 2. As much as we need to know our trade, getting to know (and to love), our players is far more important. 3. This is an INTENSE game, and it’ll never be “just a game”, but it IS a game. Remember that when you’re with your team, and more importantly, remember that when you’re with your family. 4. Just as we teach our athletes to “leave things better than they found them”, we need to leave our athletes better than they were when they first entered into our program. Never let a day pass without pouring into each and every individual. 5. Life is complicated enough, let’s not complicate the game in such a way that we take the joy of it away from others. In other words… Keep it simple. 6. Our words carry little (or NO), value, if we don’t practice what we preach. WE as coaches should be learning and growing each and every day, just as we expect our athletes to. 7. As much as we all want to win those championship rings for our athletes, make sure you don’t lose your wedding ring in the process. 8. The athlete that may be “difficult to reach/teach” (the one who may get on your last nerve more than you could ever imagine), is someone’s EVERYTHING. Get to know them as human beings, find out what motivates them, and do everything you can to help them to thrive. 9. Be where your feet are. Don’t fall into the trap of chasing logos and thinking that a higher division, a bigger school, or going from HS to college, or even college to the pros, is going to be more rewarding or fulfilling. 10. The legacy you leave as a coach will never be determined by your wins and losses, but by the lives you were able to change for the better!

I’m so proud to finally tell you my second album Kicking My Feet is coming out October 17!!! When I started writing again, after being on tour for the most part of 2023, I didn’t know if I was ready for album #2. I’d just signed with Giant Music, and I was still figuring out who I wanted to be as an artist. But the process of writing this record- finding my closest collaborators, writing and rewriting over 200 songs, chasing ideas that felt more honest and real to me than ever… it pushed me to drop my guard and say what I actually mean. June 4th, 1994 our lives forever changed. We said, “I do!”. With those two words, we said, yes, to all the highs, the lows, and everything in between. God has blessed us with four absolutely amazing children who are now amazing adults, with their own best friends/significant others (that they’re doing life with), we have three incredible grandsons, and a beautiful granddaughter on the way. We’ve lived where we both grew up (on the East Coast), and have now been out here in San Diego for just over 11 years. We’ve gotten jobs (and lost jobs), we’ve had more times than we can count where we couldn’t make ends meet, even though both you and I were working two, and sometimes three jobs at a time, and we’ve been blessed in ways that we could’ve never dreamed of. We’ve watched both my parents pass on, and are now dealing with the overwhelmingly difficult challenge of seeing your parents struggle with their own health in ways that no one should have to go through. Through it all (even in the midst of the chaos), we’ve been blessed to be by each other‘s sides! I thank God for you every day, Jillian! I love our adventures together (the big ones where we fly to somewhere we’ve never been before, and the little ones where we hop in the car with no agenda, and just drive). I love when we find ourselves in deeper conversation, laughter, and tears of joy then ever expected, and in the moments of silence, where no words are even spoken, but when we’re together, just being where our feet are. As the world (as we know it), keeps getting crazier and crazier, let’s continue to keep Christ in the center of all we do, keep leaning on and lifting each other up when it’s needed, and keep living the lives that we have been so incredibly blessed to live together. I love you with all my heart Jillian. Happy 32nd (heading into our 33rd year), Anniversary.

Stepping down from the FURIA Roster permanently. Lots of reasons really but the simplest is that I don't enjoy it, and competing in Apex Legends isn't what's best for me and the people around me. Financially, it just doesn't make sense, because it was heavily cutting into my content and I make more money off 1 month of content grinding then I would getting first place at LAN. My most viewed youtube video single handedly made more money than when I got 2nd place and won MVP at the Season Championship. Mentally, all of these things + the feeling of letting my team and community down due to lack of interest and commitment depressed me over time. It doesn't matter how good I am as a player, if I can't bring the fire to competition I'm just gonna get smoked. And my inconsistency in bringing that energy is what lead to our inconsistent performances. Every day felt like clocking in and I didn't care if we won or lost. Which isn't fair to my teammates when i could easily be replaced with someone who would happily dedicate their entire life to the team. Physically, the schedule we played on made it hard for me to pursue my health goals as I become far less happy. and so I fell off track more and more as time went on. Socially, the schedule of balancing content and competing made it almost impossible to hang out with friends and loved ones. Everyone is happy with the current scenario. Nobody got snaked. Nobody did anything wrong. The entire team will function better. I will be able to more easily pursue my physical, social, mental, and financial goals. This is what's better for everyone. If I couldn't enjoy playing even with my best friend there's no way I'll enjoy playing with any other roster, so I will be done permanently. Thank you to everyone who supported me, and I apologize to anyone who enjoyed watching me compete. I think this path will allow me to be healthier and positively affect more lives. :3

I went from ZERO($0) to 5 figures in less than 5 months The year 2024 was a defining year for me and a lot of my friends. This story is one I should have told since but was waiting for the right time It all began in August after losing a cumulative of $20,000. That was literally all I had left with me and was down to less than $300. They say it all begins when you are down to your last 1 million and funny how I didn't even have up to a million Over the course of several days I began asking myself questions as to what I would have done with the money. I could have given my parent their dream house or gotten a car for myself, my mum and started my Agric business. Well, that was how Anxiety started with heavy palpitations and a pulse of 130 Not to bore you, allow me explain step by step as to how I bounced back 1) God - I wont lie to you, God and Prayers are very important in this WEB3. We have very few Normal people on here as this space is toxic enough to destroy you and your mental health 2) Network - See, I know all your idolos are telling you to grind hard which is factually correct but the real profits in this life are from who you know. Check SAYRAAH #WID 📈📉📊 content on networking for more information 2) Excellence - One little lesson I've learned from life is that excellence in itself is not restricted to a particular sphere but its a way of life. I strongly believe the reason all my clients refer me like their lives depend on it is because I handle my job with a unique style of excellence. Starting from my personal page to my clients jobs and even mannerisms 3) Hard work - This aspect has been misused so much. Hard work although very vital must be accompanied with a lot of smart work for you to have results. Scripture shows us that there is a possibility for two people to engage in similar work while they get different result. The one with the smaller result was termed a FOOLISH MAN and the one with better results was called a WISE MAN. The difference is in the knowing, you need to learn how to actually work hard 4) Voice out - Make sure you always voice out when you are not doing as much as you are supposed to. I have a lot of my guys that I tell intricate stuffs about my money-making journey and everyone puts heads together to ensure we all make money I might sound like aspire to perspire but the reality is, bouncing back is difficult but I want you to know that your hard work will eventually pay off I could have just said GOD DID but I know there's someone out there that might need this. Don't stop and don't settle, your future will thank you for it Over the next few days, I would be sharing some opportunities I recently found that I'm sure will print you money. Stay glued

This morning I drove into ABC place Waiyaki way as I needed to do some shopping, as I got out of the car I heard someone shout “Baba, Baba” I turned around and a young man straight away came and hugged me. He looked and me said Baba do you remember me, it took me at least two mins but I realised who he was. This goes back some 20 or more years ago when I was a frequent customer or should I say furniture at a place called Tropicana or Gypsy’s in Westlands this boy was a teenager and together with his very very young two siblings would be there selling njugu or asking for handouts. I recall asking him why would they be doing this late past midnight and he said so they could help their mother and also try get money for fees. I did not realise what I did then, but I began helping him with frees for many years and these boys would take care of my car and even of me when I would walk out very late in the night. They had became a part of that area and the security of Gypsy would even allow them to do this extra work as I would tell them these boys aren’t the usual chokoras who will steal. They would watch over customers cars and I would support them. As time passed I grew out of that life and moved on and we never met again, even the place closed down but my nickname as most of my closest childhood friends, the waiters and everyone who I associated with still remained BABA and to date they call me BABA, and why? because I “USED” to be a die hard Raila Odinga supporter 😂😂😂. The boy told me he looked for me for a long time as he always wanted to thank me and finally we met today as he was getting to work , he told me he sent his family back to Kisumu where he helped his little brothers to complete their education and believe it or not today he is a head chef at the Seven Grill & Lounge ABC place. Good people see how hard work, honesty and focus pays. This is my boy Victor and today I am an extremely proud man.

Unpopular opinion about El Salvador. A TON of workers here are lazy as hell and i do hope this message reaches many Salvadoreños in the United States. You leave the job site, little will get done and yes tools and materials will disappear. I said it. If you’re going to build a home, start a business, or just hire a few helping hands for that side project, get ready to fire fast. Put in systems of checks and balances, hire solid management, use cameras, and lock up materials. If you have the time or money you or someone you really trust must manage the project on SITE. I’ve hired thousands of people throughout the last few 6 years while personally living in 9 Latin countries and El Salvador has been one of the hardest to work in. El Salvador also happens to be my favorite country at the moment with my favorite people. It’s beautiful, small, has a Chuck E cheese for my daughter but most important, it’s safe for my family. So why is it so damn hard to work with people here? I think it’s because of the civil war. This is going to sound crazy coming from a president of a non profit but free money destroys people. It enables them. It ruins their will to work ultimately creating a lazy and slothful person Over 2.5 million people from El Salvador live in the United States. MANY of them send money every 2 weeks to their aunts, uncles, brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews to “help” them. This has turned into dependency. It has created a cycle of entitlement rather than self-sufficiency. “Why would I work for 10 hours in the sun when I can tell my aunt that I need money for medicine?” There are kids here with no desire to self educate, no desire to work, because they’re sucking the tit of their families in the United States or Canada. 2 of my hardest workers who show up early, never miss a day are these two men in this video. No arms, and an elderly who just wants to work. Their speed compared to a young healthy man is slow in comparison but their will and desire to work is unwavering. They’re inspiring. They are happy at work. They don’t complain. They’re not rich working for me but they are ok. I believe they are hard workers because they were never a part of a welfare system given to them from family in the states. I also believe that the civil war has created a massive divide between the wealthy and the poor. Maybe this already existed but chatting with enough people you can put 2 and 2 together. The socioeconomic divides between the wealthy and the poor. Certain families growing incredibly rich over the suffering of the lower class. People have lost trust, they’ve lost hope. Their views on money and rich people are shaped by past experiences of being taken advantage of. People are sick and tired of making $75 per pay period in the farms of El Salvador. I know that’s a whole other discussion. How do we fix this? I don’t know but I know my mission with casa conejo is to inspire others to work their asses off and to get paid by the sweat of their brows. I want to create a micro economy that allows the poor of the poor to grow! To break the cycle of poverty. To shatter the idea of “we can’t make it in El Salvador” We can and we will by working our asses off and getting paid what we deserve. Once we’re open a percentage of profits will go towards these workers. The rest back into our projects of building schools, running our women’s shelters, feeding the elderly. Let’s do this

This was filmed this last week at Fresno, California. The man's name is Jason. He's 36. The dog's name is Duke. Eight-year-old Boxer mix. Brindle coat. Two years and three months ago, Jason lost his job. Tech layoffs. Couldn't find work for months. Lost his apartment. Lived in his car with Duke for five months. Parking lots. Truck stops. Trying to survive. Then his car got repossessed. Missed too many payments. Jason had nowhere to go. No way to keep Duke safe. He surrendered Duke to Second Chance. Left crying so hard he had to pull over twice on the bus ride home. Jason got into a veteran housing program last November. Small studio. Allows dogs. We’ve never been arrested, charged or convicted of a crime. 3) Yes, between 2001 and 2011, we operated a massive domain name brokerage and parking business. At one point, we owned over 15,000 domains, acquired in two ways: - Bulk Purchases: We’d buy entire portfolios (sometimes over 500 domains at once) and park them for ad revenue from type-in traffic. - Automation: We developed our own code to register dropped domain names with traffic, which we then parked. - Important Clarification: Some of these domains were adult-oriented (less than 0.2%), but they were either part of large portfolios we bought or were automatically acquired from dropped domain lists. Most of these were immediately dropped as soon as we were able to. None of them were EVER developed into websites or p-rn sites. You can check the internet archives to confirm that none of these domains were adult websites during the time we owned them. 4) Yes we made a post once saying that we were buying websites and message boards aimed towards teens and young adults. The post was made approximately 20 years ago when we were either teenagers or in our early 20's and when we were running fan-club websites for musicians, entertainers and college students. We owned some of the largest internet forums related to music, school and entertainment on the internet in the early 2000’s. 5) No one pays us to Post political comments on X besides X. We have been approached by multiple PACs over the years and have always refused. The video floating around showing us claim that “we are paid by the higher ups” is an edited clip of a parody video we made. The full video is online for anyone to watch and see that it was a clear joke. 6) We did NOT buy our Twitter accounts. Both of our accounts have always been owned solely by us. We did rename them several times over the past 14 years. We still have the original emails that Twitter sent us when we created these names. It’s easy for conspiracy theorists to cobble together random bits from the internet over 20+ years and spin false narratives, but the truth is clear when you know the facts. Don’t fall for the lies—rely on the truth.
