it’s so crazy to me, do kids not get regular toys anymore? just fidgets and squishies?

There are parents of special needs and/or young kids that have to search endlessly for just one of these things and they seemingly bought out an entire store? One or two is sufficient and they'll be in the garbage in 2 months 🙄

Good for her, she seems happy and appreciative of the gift.

I only give my children three store bought gifts and one handmade for their birthday

If my kid only aksed me for squishes for their birthday i’d be more than happy at least she didn’t ask for something crazy expensive !
