It’s surreal. He’s such a good coach & he’s the sole reason for all this change Crazy to think about the fans that wanted Daboll, Davis Webb, ect.
Give credit to Kirko he keeps teams competitive

The 2025 staff was a mess. Pete Carroll, Chip Kelly, Joe Philbin — too many established offensive minds with different philosophies and never a clear identity, while Brennan Carroll simply wasn’t ready to run an NFL OL room. Even Patrick Graham, a proven DC, was basically running Carroll’s outdated Cover 3 system. Now Kubiak and Leonard feel like exactly what you need in today’s NFL. Kubiak’s offense is built around maximizing what his players do best, while Leonard has taken what he learned under Flores, Macdonald, and Spagnuolo and built a multiple, aggressive defense around his personnel. Modern, adaptable and actually playing to the strengths of the roster.
As a Raiders fan for over 25 years I want to thank Pete Carroll and the entire 2025 coaching staff. Without them we wouldn’t have gotten Fernando & Klint Kubiak. One season of disappointment and hitting rock bottom flipped the entire outlook of the franchise. Thank you Pete & Co!
Klint Kubiak, Kirk Cousins, Rob Leonard, and the team all know how to not quit and they all know how to keep pushing til the end
