Caitlin Clark is getting all this attention because she is an amazing player. Not because she is white. Tiger Woods isn’t white. Michael Jordan isn’t white. Mike Tyson isn’t white. It’s not a race thing. People should stop treating it as such. Because that will make it a race thing.

There are a whole LOT of ASSumptions in all of that. Caitlin Clark is the record holder for the most points in NCAA history. No one else in the WNBA is that regardless of skin color. In 98, Mark Maguire and Sammy Sosa were the biggest story in MLB. Why? Because they were both on pace to beat the record of Roger Maris. Not because of their skin color, but because it was a huge deal to break an historic record. Same here...If Caitlin Clark was black, the story wouldn't change except Stephen A would be pumping it up instead of citing it as an instance of racism. If you want to find something, you'll find it if you look hard enough.
