Love it. The anti-American, open border thieves are in a Free-for-all.

Laying off about as many Americans as the H1B applications you filed and still calling it prioritizing American workers is a choice

Microsoft MASSIVELY SUCKS. Windows versions are worse and worse every single time, removing good features, and shoving down your throat bundles of crap for them to make money off of. Those are their new features... just them making more money from a massively inferior product. They are nerds, and their updates are trash.

The number of Americans laid off is almost as high as the number of H-1B visa applications you’ve filed, yet you still call this “giving priority to American workers”—that’s a choice.

Protecting American workers and ensuring fair hiring practices matter. The key is transparency, accountability, and making sure immigration programs serve their intended purpose without unfairly disadvantaging domestic workers.

God bless America

The entire program needs to go. Permanently.

💥 VISA FRAUD TIP LINE 💥 The main official channels for reporting suspected fraudulent visas (including H-1B, PERM/green card sponsorship, and related employment-based immigration fraud) are: USCIS tip form: Report immigration benefit fraud and abuse (H-1B, H-2B, EB-5, and others) via the online form at Tips can be anonymous; providing contact details and details (names, addresses, petition numbers, evidence) improves follow-up. USCIS directs this to its Fraud Detection and National Security Directorate. ICE tip line: For broader immigration violations, document/benefit fraud, or worksite issues, call 1-866-347-2423 (866-DHS-2-ICE) from the U.S. or Canada (or 1-802-872-6199 from elsewhere), or use the online form at Available 24/7. Department of Labor: For H-1B wage, Labor Condition Application (LCA), or related employer violations, contact the Wage and Hour Division at 1-866-487-9243 (1-866-4-US-WAGE) or file Form WH-4. For fraud investigations involving H-1B or PERM programs, the DOL Office of Inspector General hotline is 1-800-347-3756 or These routes are distinct: USCIS focuses on benefit eligibility and petition fraud, DOL on wage and labor condition compliance, and ICE on enforcement of broader immigration violations. Provide specific evidence when possible

If you can lay off thousands of American workers, you can't turn around and claim there are no Americans to hire. Good on Labor for asking the hard questions.

Microsoft has been screwing Americans over for a loooong time

My family member works in a executive managerial role and had to let go of several employees. Most were hardworking and dependable. She said many colleagues were also let go, and morale was terrible because everyone feared they might be next.

If they are mad at being stopped from hiring outside the country then the decision was correct.

Musk wants more H-1B visas. 2024 Tesla had 742 new, 1,025 continuing. Top 2 H-1B employers Amazon, 10,044 total active and 4,644 initial, and Tata Consultancy Services (TCS).

Now get all the Mexicans and Canadians crossing the border daily- working our jobs and then going back every evening. @WHFraudTF @TheJusticeDept @USEEOC @USDOL

The "layoffs equal H-1B applications" match is the official's claim, and the counts may not compare. Filings include renewals for people already on payroll, while layoffs are cuts. Will the subpoenas compare the actual job titles?

We prioritize Americans Meanwhile they cut Americans and imported the replacements Yeah, pull the other one. Hit ’em with the subpoenas

Daugherty's notice is a freeze. Microsoft off PERM, layoffs equal H-1B applications, subpoenas. Applied is not approved. A freeze isn't a finding. If the back door is the case, how many of those visas were granted?

Now do HCAHealthCare and the many others who are shifting IT services to India.

TY. Truth frees.
