It's ridiculous to think the USPS cannot regulate what and how it delivers mail. States opted to use the FEDERAL MAIL system to execute their illegal junk mail style elections. They can use FedEx then if they don't like it.

For clarity, Old: state builds the list and the envelope; USPS ships it. New: state still builds the list, but USPS will only ship if the envelope and the voter are in its portal, with its barcode. Until the Court stays the injunction, the first line is the practice. The second line is the fight.
