The hate on Asante is so real. Otumfour have direct access to IMF and word bank, meanwhile IMF only deals sovereign countries. This alone speaks volumes of who Asantehene. He has been the brain behind all past government helping to bring development to Ghana

Asantehene must understand his place. He is the chief of asantes. He should stop behaving as though he is a head of state. The arrogance in this video is sickening

Otumfuor has brilliant ideas. I have said it severally that one of the best things that has ever happened to the Asantes and traditional rulership is Otumfuor. The problem has to do with the politicians from the Ashanti Region. Otumfuor has better ideas than all of them.

For the world bank to directly deal with Asantehene should tell you the kind of King he globally. Because world bank only deals with sovereign countries.

I have seen some desperate NPP propagandists share a video of the Upper West Regional Hospital, with the claim that it was started by Former President Kufour and completed by President Akufo-Addo. Although the history of the Upper West Regional Hospital is well-known and a matter of public record, it is important to set the records straight so that unsuspecting Ghanaians are not hoodwinked by this dubious propaganda. 1. The 160-bed Upper West Regional Hospital project was one of the nine (9) hospitals which were awarded to Euroget De Invest in the year 2010 by the Government of Ghana. 2. The project was conceptualized and initiated by the Kufour government as part of what is called “The Hospitals Project”. Euroget De Invest was engaged by the Government of Ghana to design and build 8 hospitals for the Ministry of Health and 1 hospital for the Ministry of Defense. 3. A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed by the Government of Ghana and Euroget De Invest for the nine (9) hospital projects in April 2008. 4. Cabinet gave approval for the Euroget hospital projects on 29th October 2008. 5. On 12th November, 2008, the Parliament of Ghana approved the loan for the Euroget hospital projects, an amount of $339 million dollars which was to be sourced from Egypt. The Kufour government was then voted out of office. See 6. The contracts for the projects were signed between the Mills government and Euroget in 2010. 7. On 31st July, 2010, then Vice President of the Republic of Ghana, H.E John Dramani Mahama cut the sod for the Upper West Regional Hospital. 8. However, construction of the project could not commence due to the inability of the company, Euroget De Invest to secure funding from Egypt. This undue delay was mainly occasioned by the Arab spring upheaval in Egypt. Thus, the Upper West regional hospital could not start on schedule due to lack of funds. See 9. Through the hard work of the Mills/Mahama government, approval was given to Euroget De Invest and funding was secured from a Barclays PLC- ABSA SA consortium to finance the project in August 2012. See 10. In November 2012, just before the elections, then running mate to Akufo-Addo, Alhaji Bawumia visited the project site with the media and mocked John Mahama and the NDC for deceiving the people of Upper West region. See 11. Actual construction began in 2014 under the Mahama/NDC government with funding from the Barclays-ABSA bank consortium. By the time John Mahama was leaving office, the project was about 95%. These facts are verifiable and indisputable. 13. It is true that the project has its roots in the Kufour government. It was in 2008, that the MoU and original loan agreement was signed and approved. However, the funding arrangement envisaged under the Kufour government didn’t materialize. The contracts were signed and the sod cut for the project by the Mills/Mahama government. More importantly, Funding was secured in August 2012 under the Mills/Mahama government. Construction began in 2014 under the Mahama government and was over 95% complete in 2016 before John Mahama left office. 14. The Upper West Regional hospital project should have been fully completed and commissioned latest by 2017 but was unduly delayed by President Akufo-Addo and commissioned in 2019. 15. While it is fair to give President Kuffuor the credit for conceptualizing and initiating the project, the chunk of the credit must go to the Mills/Mahama governments which worked with Euroget to secure funding for the project and supervised the construction of the project from ground zero to about 95% completion stage. 16. Akufo-Addo and Bawumia knows next to nothing about this project and contributed very little to its completion. SAMMY GYAMFI ESQ.

My friend, former Vice President, Dr. Mahamudu has always exuded charm with numbers, "precociosly smart and quiet scholar," one of his undergraduate chaperones said of him to me when l met her at Buckingham University a few years ago. Destined for greatness, but ended up with the wrong political camp- the purveyors of aimless and destructive bond supremacists who profited from our debts while the economy overcooked itself into volcanic magma out of which we all became lava, igneous rocks and literally died, before we were saved by the 2024 elections. While Dr. Bawumia's silence over some of the egregious acts of economic indisciline was in full swing by then finance minister and ace minder, president nana addo, he could be pardoned for some blatant acts for which he stood up against the mad house cabinet and one revenue impacting decision he made after my team ( IMANI) presented an undercover deep dive study we conducted into the world of serious and organised crime in ports operations. Alas, the sins of his bad company set his teeth on edge and was punished accordingly in the last elections. I believe he has learned his lessons, never to be overly quiet when the house is burning, lest we are forever robbed off his intellectually imaginative and transformational mind as cleverly displayed in this video, as he dislodges the age-old dirigiste economic thinking that tariffs are a source of savings for a country. He argues pusuavely with figures that tariffs are growth shattering and underdeveloped economies are better building the macroeconomic bulwarks against which tariffs, however steep inposed by country bullies can withstand the impact- but crucially and ultimately that these economies, African economies should open up borders and trade amongst themselves. Finally, he underscores the importance of trust in fostering peaceful exchange and diplomacy. What remains now is for my friend, Dr. Bawumia to earn the trust of the Ghanaian again, this time as his own man capable of turning deserts into verdant vegetation - the symbol of what it now takes to convince the Ghanaian He can! May the inauguration of Pope Leo XIV today inspire my prayerful confidence. Good luck .- Franklin Cudjoe

Yesterday, at the public hearings of the Public Accounts Committee of Parliament, I asked a very simple Public Interest Question of the Commissioner-General of the Ghana Revenue Authority, Reverend Amishaddai Owusu-Amoah. My very simple question was which year did he attain the age of 60. Boom! Drama began. My Colleagues on the NPP side got upset with my question and a 90 minute stand off ensued including a mysterious 'fault' with the PA system . After the 90 minute break, I manage to get a response from him and I am allowed only one follow up question by the Chairman. That question was if the Commissioner-General had a valid contract to remain at post. He answered that for the past twenty seven (27) months, he has occupied the position without a contract. Now for those wondering why I asked these questions, here are the issues; 1. Rev. Dr. Ammishaddai turned 60 years in October 2021, twenty seven (27) months ago. 2. Per the Public Service Commission of Ghana regulations, anyone above the age of 60 can be maintained with a 1/2-year contract with the possibility of an extension of another year. 3. Since October 2021, Rev. Dr. Ammishaddai has been at post and carried out functions as the Commissioner-General of the Ghana Revenue Authority without a contract. He has signed contracts like the dubious $100 million SML sweetheart deal with the approval and support of Ken Ofori-Atta. 4. Rev. Dr. Ammishaddai replaced Mr. Kofi Nti as Commissioner-General when the later still had 18 months of his four (4) year contract outstanding. The reason his contract was terminated was that he had turned 60 years. 5. The question we need answers to is why Ken Ofori-Atta has kept his darling Rev. Dr. Ammishaddai at post for another twenty seven (27) months without a contract? 6. The same Ken Ofori-Atta told Parliament that President Akufo-Addo had given instructions that contract extensions beyond the age of 60 would cease except in exceptional cases where the skill of the individual in question is unique and not readily available. What skill does Rev. Dr. Ammishaddai have that is unique and for which reason the laws of the country have been broken? 7. Rev. Dr. Ammishaddai cannot and should not be allowed to continue his stay in office even one day longer. There must be a forensic audit of his actions in the past 27 months to ascertain what damage his illegal stay has caused the tax payer. I would pursue this matter to its logical conclusion. For God and Country. 🦁🇬🇭 #LionBorn #HyeWonHye #TaL3mba

Strike: Wike Approves Over N12bn January Salaries of FCTA Workers, Dismisses Blackmail The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, has revealed that he has just signed January salaries of the FCT Administration workers amounting to over N12bn immediately after the Court ruling, suspending the strike embarked on by the workers. The Minister stated this while addressing journalists in his office after the court ruling. Wike insisted that the government has largely met workers’ legitimate demands despite the ongoing strike. He added that the strike had been hijacked by political interests, forcing the administration to seek legal intervention to prevent a breakdown of order. “I just signed January salaries amounting to over ₦12 billion,” the minister said. “Yet the FCT is entitled to only one per cent of federal revenue. If the Federal Government earns ₦1 trillion, the FCT gets about ₦10 billion. That allocation alone cannot even cover salaries, not to talk of running the administration.” He explained that the government initially chose dialogue and engagement when the strike began, noting that it did not rush to court. “When the strike started, we believed in dialogue. We felt the issues could be resolved through discussion. But when it became clear that politicians have hijacked the strike, we had no choice but to go to court and allow the law to decide,” Wike stated. The minister acknowledged workers’ rights in a democracy but insisted that strike action should always be a last resort. “This is a democracy. Everyone has the right to protest. But if workers made 14 demands and government addressed like 10, there should be room for understanding and patience,” he said. Drawing from his experience as a former governor and local government chairman, Wike said he understood labour struggles but warned against unrealistic demands. “When demands are legitimate, government should acknowledge them. But it is not always possible to implement everything at once. Government does not deny legitimate entitlements, especially wages,” he added. Wike also dismissed claims that he was chased out of office during the strike, describing such reports as false and politically motivated. “I was in my office, went to the airport to see Mr President, travelled to Turkey, and returned. These stories are deliberate misinformation,” he said. On revenue challenges, the minister disclosed that the administration has significantly improved Internally Generated Revenue (IGR), increasing it from about ₦9 billion when he assumed office to ₦30 billion. “When we take steps to improve IGR, people complain. But that progress is what sustains salaries, reforms, and development,” he said. He highlighted key reforms under the current administration, including the creation of the FCT Civil Service Commission, appointment of permanent secretaries, and establishment of the Office of the Head of Service. “Before now, workers retired at director level, but they can now rise to Permanent Secretary. This was made possible by the Government of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu. "You cannot expect government to spend all available revenue on wages alone while neglecting massive infrastructure development,” Wike noted. Following the court order suspending the strike, the minister issued a stern warning to workers. “Disobeying the law has consequences. From tomorrow, any worker who refuses to resume work will face disciplinary action. Anyone who attempts to block government facilities will face the full weight of the law,” he said. Wike rejected claims that dialogue had broken down, insisting that engagement with unions has always been ongoing with his approval. “No amount of blackmail or political games will intimidate this administration. We will obey the court, and everyone else must do the same,” he declared.

There are people who GENUINELY love President President of Zimbabwe, people who have the President’s interests at heart. At this point, the FOCUS should be on SEALING the President’s Legacy & our political discourse should be centred on asking questions like: 1. Minister Felix Tapiwa Mhona, when will the Harare-Beitbridge Highway be completed? The section from Mwenezi to Masvingo has become SO TERRIBLE that there is literally no road to talk about! 2. Minister Masuka, when are you completing the Gwayi-Shangani Dam, Kunzvi Dam, & all the stalled Dam projects? When are you implementing the irrigation projects on the completed dams? 3. Minister Chadzamira, when will the Chilonga Lucerne project be implemented? Why are you sloganeering while Tugwi-Mukosi dam remains a white elephant in Masvingo? When will you do your job?? 4. Minister Hon Tatenda.A. Mavetera, we saw you have too much energy for slogans and dancing at rallies, but when will you start ensuring that public schools, hospitals, clinics, and all govt offices have Starlink internet or a high speed fibre connection? When will you get serious about delivering the goals and objectives of the Ministry you head? 5. Minister Hon Prof Mthuli Ncube, when will you start behaving like a real economist who understands the importance of Economic Freedom & creating a low cost business environment? When will you remove the unnecessary regulations, taxes, and fees that make it difficult to do business in Zimbabwe? When will u remove the IMTT tax & other transaction taxes that are discouraging people from using digital payments? When will you become serious about channeling funds to all the stalled infrastructure projects?? When will understand that smuggling is a SYMPTOM of FAILED economic policies rather than an act of criminality?? 6. Minister Mombeshora & your Ministry of HealthZW, when will you buy the Cancer Machines that are desperately needed by Cancer Patients in Zimbabwe? The money is there, the equipment is readily available all over the world, when will u get serious about the job you were given? 7. Minister Garwe, we have seen your energy in chanting dumb 2030ist slogans but cities have no water and trash is all over. You are simply FAILING to do your job NOW but u want 2 more years to play… When will u focus on solving the problems facing Zimbabweans? 8. Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe, people are keeping money in cash boxes because your incompetence and lack of care created a TOXIC FINANCIAL system that doesn’t incentivise people for banking money. You stubbornly look aside while banks STEAL money from depositors, you introduce a currency that has no convenient notes and coins, you have flatly refused to have a market determined exchange rate, you arbitrarily devalued the ZiG & wiped out people’s savings, u impose your flawed exchange rate on businesses leading to massive exchange rate losses…. When will you become a normal central bank???? 9. Jenfan Muswere, we have seen you struggling to read verbose statements defending the senseless 2030ist campaign, when will you start being a competent Minister of Information? When will u understand that people don’t care about the 8000 projects you “talk about”, they wanna see VISUALS! People want a clear explanation of how much was spent on the projects, how many jobs were created, how will the project benefit the country… When will u get these simple things? 10. Nick Mangwana, you told us that the govt bought cancer machines in 2023, where are they? Did u lie, why are you lying to Zimbabweans? 11. Barbara Rwodzi, we see the strings of 🇿🇼flags on your timeline BUT u never post anything promoting Zimbabwe as a Tourism Destination, why? What exactly do you as a Minister? Is there anything u do? 12. President President of Zimbabwe, you haven’t fired non-performing Ministers, why???? How will u achieve Vision 2030 with Mthuli Ncube’s toxic policies? Why not appoint MPs like Hon. Tafadzwa Mugwadi to give them a chance? Asante

Can you stop making Mayor Magalong a hero? I am not buying the whole Mayor for Good Governance skit of Major Benjamin Magalong — there’s nothing about him that says good governance at all. Up to this point, I still don’t understand why he was appointed in the first place. Just one thing! Was he able to substantiate anything he said the past few weeks? I think at this point, we should be over all his pronouncements. If he has something he would have presented it to the media. Imagine, how hard I laughed when he was invited to the Senate — a taste of his own medicine? He was crying foul over the assumption of people with the Discaya project in Davao City. I for one would say that it is indeed an overpriced one. Php 110 million?! Are you serious? The Mayor would even dare say that not because there’s a Discaya project in Baguio, it means that he’s corrupt. The audacity! How many names did he drag here without anything but his words? PCO Undersecretary Claire Castro dared Mayor Benjamin Magalong to name whomever he is insinuating who instructed her — she even went as far as to clarify and saying that the information came from the President himself. Why is it wrong to refer the issue of the 110 million to the legal team of the ICI? Why is it wrong to protect the ICI from any conflict of interest? Why is it wrong when it is against him and correct if it is towards the others. I would like to ask the media to please ask him to substantiate his claims before giving him all the air time!

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif in his address to the National Assembly, today, announced that Pakistan would host the historic signing ceremony of the US-Iran peace agreement in Geneva on June 19, terming the deal a "monumental milestone" for global peace and a "triumph" of peace and dialogue over the devastation of war. “Today the world has witnessed that the pursuit of peace has achieved a great victory and the flames of war have begun to subside. This is a historic moment that historians will record in golden letters,” the prime minister said, addressing the National Assembly, hours after he and President Donald Trump announced that the deal between the United States and Iran had been reached. Describing the moment as a divine blessing after three months and sixteen days of immense trials, he said, “Following the dark night of war, the sun of peace has finally risen.” He told the House that under the deal, Iran and the US have announced the immediate and permanent end to military operations on all fronts, including Lebanon. "This is not just an agreement between two nations, but a victory for peace, dialogue, and diplomacy over the devastation of war," the prime minister said, adding that the prestige and honor Allah has bestowed upon Pakistan today is something nations seek for centuries. Prime Minister Shehbaz expressed deep gratitude to Qatar’s Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, Chinese President Xi Jinping, US President Donald Trump, Iranian Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei and President Dr. Masoud Pezeshkian, alongside the negotiation teams of both countries, for demonstrating immense wisdom, prudence, and patience under extremely difficult circumstances. He extended heartfelt congratulations to the entire Pakistani nation including President Asif Ali Zardari, PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, PML-N leader Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif, and other party heads for their guidance and support. He particularly praised the extraordinary role played by Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, who devoted day and night to bring an end to the war and securing peace. He said that there were some critical moments when negotiations seemed close to falling apart, but the Field Marshal remained steadfast which ensured this monumental success. The prime minister also lauded Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar, Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi, and Foreign Ministry’s team and other institutions for their tireless efforts. The prime minister called upon the nation to offer prayers of gratitude to Allah Almighty for bestowing unprecedented honour and dignity upon Pakistan. Acknowledging the economic toll, the prime minister noted that the devastating effects of the conflict had placed immense pressure on Pakistan's economy, but the nation demonstrated exemplary resilience. He commended the federal and provincial leaderships, particularly the provincial chief ministers, for playing an excellent role during this period. He assured the nation that the fruits of global economic stability resulting from this peace accord would reach the doorstep of every Pakistani through joint efforts, and the government would not rest until this responsibility was fulfilled.

Mr. Rahul Gandhi has a stature across the globe. Now, if you are the Prime Minister of a country like India, inevitably, you have a reach across the globe. But somebody who has not been prime minister yet is the Leader of the Opposition, having that kind of outreach and demand is, in itself, a very significant thing. And I think India should be using it to its own advantage rather than running down any such decision that's taken after great thought and consideration. At any given time, Parliament is important, but it's equally important for Mr. Gandhi as indeed it is for the Prime Minister. But then there are international events that cannot be changed because of the Indian Parliament and other events, beyond a certain point. So, when a decision is finally taken after much thought—for an event that should not be missed—I think for somebody to then raise questions about it is completely uncharitable, unkind and unreasonable. But be that as it may, we're looking at the positives of this visit to Germany. Mr Gandhi is visiting Germany on the invitation of the Progressive Alliance—an important alliance of 117 progressive parties of the world, of which 30 are in power. He has been invited to the Presidium of the Progressive Alliance, and I believe that his contribution there—as it was at the Bharat Summit, where the Progressive Alliance was delighted to meet with him—will be enormous. We are in an uncertain world. A new world order is emerging, and we are not entirely comfortable with some of its directions. Obviously, there are many imponderables that need to be dealt with. Our relationship with Europe and its relationship with the rest of the world—including within Ukraine and Russia—matter enormously. And of course, our relationship with Europe is not just between political parties but also with the cutting-edge industry there. Surely, Rahul ji will have a chance to meet with many of the heads of industry. And what he will bring back for India is something that India cannot overlook. India needs as much participation of investment from the world, including from Europe, as possible. And I think that will be a major contribution that Mr. Gandhi will make. : Salman Khurshid ji, Chairman, Foreign Affairs Department, Congress party & Former External Affairs Minister

Moon "King" B-Roots is one of the worst liars and grifters I've ever come across in crypto and he just got deeply exposed and was caught in so many lies in spaces tonight. His whole persona revolves around making himself seem bigger and more important than he really is. He's been larping and grifting for so long and it finally all caught up with him. B-Roots likes to pretend he was some big influencer back in the day on youtube and twitter. I know that he wasn't, cause I was there and knew everyone and I damn sure never saw his goofy ass. I scanned his twitter and his earliest posts were from 2017 and averaged 1-2 likes and 90 percent of them are not even about crypto (you can verify this yourself using twitter advanced search with a date range from 2015-2018 He tried to hide his old youtube and for good reason, it only has 5k subscribers and his first video was in 2018. He tried really hard to hide this, but luckily I found it He shills pTGC because he was given a large six figure allocation to shill it and he never managed to sell...So he's desperate for it to pump again. He's lost almost all his money in Pulsechain at this point because HEX was his "savings account" (his own words in a video) Almost weekly he desperately shills orchestrated pump and dumps that get all his followers rekt because he uses them as exit liquidity and dumps on their heads after he shills it. There are so many coins he's shilled that are now completely rugged. He likes to point to a few lucky winners he's picked, but almost everything he's called he's been wrong about. He also admitted he just randomly picks coins to shill, with no due diligence. He's made wild claims like that Pulsechain will flip Solana and that Richard Heart was behind pdai and that it will peg to a dollar. When pressed on all these claims, he admitted he just makes them up to pump his bags. So basically he knew he was lying, but did it anyway for profits. There's so much more that got exposed, but you get the picture. This dude is deeply insecure and its very clear from his actions and desperate grifting that he's nowhere near as rich as he pretends to be. It's honestly sad. At one point he was getting exposed so bad he threatened to call my parole officer on me to report me 😅 It was very painful to witness him doubling down on every lie he got caught in, but I'm so glad he finally got exposed to such an extreme degree. It needed to happen. Nobody should take this clown seriously. He's a complete and total fraud and grifter who adds zero value to crypto. When will they learn to just keep my fuckin name outta their mouths lol

Zelensky Says 'Ready For Elections' After Trump Indicated He's An Obstacle To Peace | Tyler Durden, Zerohedge Is this finally the end of the road for Zelensky? President Trump has really ramped up the pressure, in a fresh Politico interview signaling that the Ukrainian leader must begin to accept reality and make compromises, starting with holding elections. According to a fresh audio statement being circulated, Zelensky has newly responded by stating "I am ready for elections. I will be in Ukraine tomorrow and expect proposals from our partners and lawmakers on legal changes to allow elections during martial law," according to a translation. "Since this issue is being raised by the U.S. president and our European partners, I’ll be brief: I am ready. I ask the U.S., together with Europe, to ensure security for the vote. If that is done, Ukraine can hold elections within 60 days." Has Trump finally put some real pressure on him? It seems so. Given Zelensky had put the brakes on the US-proposed pace plan by definitively rejecting the territorial concessions aspects to the document, the US president's assessment to Politico was blunt and highly critical, going so far as to basically call Ukraine not a democracy. "They haven’t had an election in a long time," Trump said. "You know, they talk about a democracy, but it gets to a point where it's not a democracy anymore." ... There was also this blistering and mocking statement from Trump: "He’s a great salesman – I call him P.T. Barnum. You know who P.T. Barnum was? One of the greatest ever. He could sell any product at any time, whether it worked or not. Zelensky did the same thing: he got Crooked Joe Biden to hand him $350 billion, and now 25% of his country is gone." All of this means that in two months Ukraine could finally see a new leader. A likely frontrunner candidate who has some big name recognition, both in Ukraine and internationally, is Ambassador of Ukraine to the UK Valerii Zaluzhnyi, who is the former Commander-in-Chief of Ukraine's Armed Forces. He was forced out by Zelensky, to the frustration and anger of many commanders, and took up his diplomatic post in July 2024. Trump's Politico interview made clear that Zelensky is now seen as the main obstacle to peace... The FT is reporting that Trump has given Kiev just days to accept the US ceasefire deal. Trump now wants a deal done by Christmas Day, according to the report. * * * Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky while meeting with so-called 'coalition of the willing' European leaders in London on Monday definitively ruled out that his country will agree to cede territory as part of a peace deal. He specified that the question of territorial compromise is why he has not reached agreement on Donald Trump's peace deal. "There are visions of the US, Russia and Ukraine – and we don’t have a unified view on Donbas," Zelensky told Bloomberg. Zelensky also wants much firmer security guarantees in the Washington plan. "There is one question I — and all Ukrainians — want to get an answer to: if Russia again starts a war, what will our partners do," he said shortly before meeting with British Prime Minister Keir Starmer, France's Emmanuel Macron and Germany's Friedrich Merz. But the US peace plan hinges precisely on offering some level of significant territorial compromise, given that Moscow - which has the clear upper hand militarily - considers anything less to be an automatic non-starter not worth even discussing. President Trump has recently declared that if Zelensky rejects the US plan, he should be ready to fight Russia alone and with much less Washington help. But is Trump ready to cut off weapons supplies altogether? Likely he'll be content with Europe buying them, and still transferring them to Kiev. But all of this could mean that US intel sharing is finally cut off. Meanwhile Trump has belittled 'weak' Europe for seeking to scrap together a counter-plan: President Trump mocked Europe's involvement on Monday, sharing an opinion piece which praises him for sidelining "impotent Europeans" from the Ukraine peace talks. Trump has also criticized Zelensky, accusing him of not reading the latest peace proposals. As for the US peace plan, it appears to have been primarily drafted by White House special envoy Steve Witkoff and Russian special envoy Kirill Dmitriev - but so far the Zelensky government has complained that it's being cut out of the process. Zelensky has throughout the war consistently rejected any proposal which features territorial concessions. He is supported especially be Ukrainian hardliners, both in the military and in parliament. Kiev and EU's maximalist counter-demands... ... Now he's seeking to get European leaders to back him up, and they appear to be doing so. This is all a recipe for keeping the endless war going with no end in sight, and the proxy conflict nature of it continues to get dangerously out of hand.

PRESIDENT TINUBU SIGNS AMENDED ELECTORAL ACT, COMMITS TO STRENGTHENING DEMOCRACY President Tinubu on Wednesday signed the amendments to the 2022 Electoral Act into law, saying he had followed the debate on the document at the National Assembly closely. He commended its leadership for managing the process very well, "to the extent there has been no confusion, no disenfranchisement of Nigerians, and that we are all going to see democracy flourish.” According to the President, “the essence of democracy is to have very solid brainstorming discussions committed to national development, nation-building, and the stability of the nation. “It is time that we have confidence in our system. No matter how good the system is, it's managed by the people, promoted by the people, and the people finalise the results.” Speaking on the ‘controversy’ preceding its passage, President Tinubu affirmed that humans still have a significant role to play in finalising results, as computers can’t do everything, given that many aspects of the voting process are still largely manual. “And when you look at the crux of various arguments, maybe Nigerians should question our broadband capability. How technically sound are we today? How technically sound will we be tomorrow in answering the call, whether in real time or not? “And as long as you appear personally as a manual voter in any polling booth, a ballot paper is given to you manually. You decide in a corner and fingerprint the person you choose. You cast your vote without hindrance or interference. “Ballots are subsequently counted manually. It's just the arithmetic accuracy that is entered into it from easy thinking. It is still manual, essentially. “The transmission of that manual result is what we're looking at. And we need to avoid glitches, interference, and unnecessary hacking in this age of computer inquisitiveness. Nigeria will be there,” he said. In his remarks, Senate President Godswill Akpabio described today (Wednesday) as a truly significant day, with the two major religions commencing their fasting seasons. He said the two chambers worked tirelessly on it for two years “to make sure that we met the right time, so that INEC can do the necessary procurements and bring out the right timetable for next year's election. “We have also ensured that we provided a lot of clauses in the amendment that will enable you to conduct free and fair elections in Nigeria that will be acceptable to the international community and all Nigerians, that will meet the yearnings and aspirations of all Nigerians as democrats. He acknowledged that, though some members disagreed with the decision on the Bill, it was the beauty of democracy. “At the end, we all came together, and this is the final product. As soon as you sign this, you will have made history as the first president to introduce electronic transmission of results from the polling units to the entire world. “We have the IReV now, which is a portal for viewing. It allows you to see what is happening across all polling units. Even if you don't have a network, shortly after that, if you take it to a networked location, it will sync, and people will still have the opportunity to view. “So, we have made all the necessary inclusions to ensure that Nigerians are going to be happy, the international community will be happy, and it will make the elections also easy for INEC to do,” the Senate President said.

I WILL CONTEST FROM TELANGANA!! Andhra Deputy CM and Janasena party president, actor, Pawan Kalyan gives a very high octane speech from his residence in Hyderabad declaring his intentions for the upcoming elections. While speaking very animatedly he says he will question about every problem in Telangana, contest in Telangana and tour all of Telangana. It is nice to see his love for Telangana and its problems. I guess all the problems in Andhra Pradesh are solved already, including the new capital construction. Also looks like he is very respectfully paving way for Andhra Pradesh CM Chandrababu Naidu’s son and minister Nara Lokesh to become the CM of Andhra Pradesh by stepping aside. As Chandra Babu Naidu crossed 76 years age, there is a clamouring demand for the succession process to start both from his community & party loyalists. Looks like Pawan Kalyan has finally realised that he will have to continue playing second fiddle to Nara Lokesh & TDP and hence decided to take a plunge into Telangana politics instead. This could also mean that through Jana Sena, BJP will try to establish themselves here. But again within BJP, no one is willing to even let Pawan Kalyan within an arm’s reach. But highly likely he will be used as a pawn by TDP to distract from the failures of their erstwhile party member and even now hardcore loylaist who calls himself a proud TDP-college student. If he is trying to pull a Tamil Nadu CM Vijay kind of a stunt (must be some ill-advice or misdirection from his team), Pawan Kalyan should know that Telangana is not like Tamil Nadu. People here gave up their lives and fought for decades for the pride of their land, their culture, their identity and their own rule. I hope these antics don’t cost Pawan Kalyan and Jana Sena dearly. It will be a neither here nor there situation.

A veteran of the Canadian Armed Forces stopped me in Red Deer and shared a perspective that I think a lot of people need to hear in full, not reduced to a slogan. He told me his father fought in World War II. He told me his sons served in Afghanistan. This is not somebody speaking casually about loyalty, sacrifice, or duty. This is somebody from a family that has given real service across generations. And his message was blunt: in his view, Canada is no longer being loyal to people like him, and nothing meaningful is going to change in Ottawa. That is why he believes Alberta independence is now the only way forward. Whether someone agrees with that conclusion or not, people should at least understand the depth behind it. For many soldiers, veterans, and military families, loyalty is not an abstract idea. It is tied to duty, sacrifice, service, loss, and trust. The basic belief is that if you give yourself to a country, that country should still reflect the values you served to protect. When people who spent their lives serving begin to feel alienated from the direction of the country, that is not a small thing. I think the concern here is bigger than party politics. It is about the feeling that the institutions of Canada are no longer listening, no longer correcting course, and no longer representing the people who built, defended, and sustained this country. For some veterans, the frustration is not just with one bad policy or one bad government. It is the belief that the system itself is no longer responsive. That is the nuance people miss. When a veteran says Alberta independence is the only way forward, he is not necessarily saying he stopped caring about the country overnight. He may be saying the opposite. He may be saying he cared so much, for so long, that it means something when he finally concludes the relationship is broken beyond repair. A lot of soldiers and veterans may have concerns about even entertaining that idea. They may value unity, continuity, tradition, and the memory of what they served under. They may worry that supporting Alberta independence feels like turning their back on their service, their oath, or the people they served beside. That is a real emotional and moral tension. But the other side of that tension is this: what if loyalty is not supposed to be one-way? What if there comes a point where citizens, including veterans, have the right to say that the political system has become unworthy of their continued trust? What if defending freedom sometimes means being honest about when a government or a national project has drifted too far from the people it claims to represent? That is why this moment mattered. This was not just a random political opinion shouted from the roadside. It was a serious statement from someone whose family has lived service, sacrifice, and national duty. And when people like that start saying Ottawa will not change, others should pay attention. You do not have to agree with him to recognize the weight of what he is saying. Watch this and listen to his words for yourself.

🚨GAUCI REPORTS: RYAN FIRESTONE RELEASED ON BAIL AFTER SHOCK COURT TURNAROUND After months in custody at HMP Bedford, Ryan Firestone has now been unexpectedly released on bail following a hearing at St Albans Crown Court. Even Ryan himself admitted he was shocked by the sudden turnaround, especially after previously being repeatedly remanded over address and disclosure issues. I sat down with Ryan for an exclusive interview following his release, where he speaks candidly about prison conditions, life behind bars and the reality of the UK prison system in 2026. He describes some disturbing experiences during his time inside, the difficulties he faced whilst self-representing and why he believes many prisoners are being failed by the system. Ryan also reflects honestly on the fact that while some people clearly belong in prison, others perhaps should never have been there in the first place. The hearing itself saw the judge move the trial date back to May 2028. But the story didn’t end there… When Ryan finally walked out of court, he had no wallet, no bank cards, no phone, no keys and no access to his belongings - just boxes of legal paperwork. After waiting outside court for hours, we then had to contact HMP Bedford and drive all the way back to the prison in the hope his property could be recovered before he was effectively left stranded. Thankfully, prison staff were helpful and eventually managed to retrieve his belongings after another long wait. There is also expected to be a further case management hearing in July - believed to be around 17th July, (although I double check) where the court will review how the case proceeds moving forward. Ryan has now finally been provided with a significant amount of paperwork and material from the CPS, giving him the opportunity over the coming weeks to properly review the evidence, prepare his defence statement and continue preparing his case. It was a surreal end to an already extraordinary few months. 🎥 Full interview with Ryan Firestone on Gauci Reports. #CitizenJournalism #GauciReports

There’s a new claim that “essentially, all that happened was Trump got tired, took control and forced it on Netanyahu, and this is basically the same deal that could have been reached a year earlier,” with the disturbing implication, that’s horrible to say, that IDF soldiers died in vain for a cause that had already been achieved. So, let’s revisit the plans that were laid out by both the current and former American administrations to see if they match up. For example, the Biden plan from June 1, 2024, which was met with considerable enthusiasm, and was even later acknowledged as Netanyahu’s plan. I want to highlight the difference. In the first phase, the IDF should have already pulled back to roughly its current position, and then it was just about releasing humanitarian hostages. As if not all of them are “humanitarian.” Then it transitioned to discussing the release of living hostages. In this phase, the IDF would withdraw from all of Gaza, until the last centimetre, while all the dead hostages remain in Gaza. It’s as different as day and night. Here, everyone is returning, including the dead, and the IDF is still in half of Gaza. This isn’t just about some desire to maintain an occupation or garrison force, but rather to ensure that Hamas disarms — something that didn’t happen in the Biden proposal. So now let’s move on to the Witkoff plan, much closer to us, much better for Israel, but still different. There was talk of releasing half of the dead hostages, but then a temporary ceasefire for two months of negotiations to end the war, and then the IDF would withdraw from more places than it is now, and there would be a guarantee that the war would not be renewed. Once again, we see that there was no connection between the IDF remaining on the ground and the promise that Hamas would disarm, especially while some of the hostages are still there. The greatness of this outline is this issue. I also want to say something general about the matter of responsibility. As ridiculous as it was on October 7 and afterwards to hear from Netanyahu’s supporters that the one who is to blame is the IDF chief of staff, the Shin Bet chief, the attorney general and the Military Advocate General, and that Netanyahu has no part in it — it’s as ridiculous as it is that now they’re saying, “Thank you Trump and thank you Nitzan Alon, and thank you to all of them and to the Qatari prime minister, and Netanyahu and Ron Dermer have nothing to do with it at all.” Indeed, Netanyahu had a very large part in the failure of October 7, and he also has a very large part together with Dermer in this deal. By the way, how does that connect to what Kushner said tonight in Egypt? He said that both the prime minister and Dermer made very big compromises and took risks to see the end of the war. I would like to make a suggestion. Once upon a time, when there was only one channel and people didn’t like the commentators, they said, “Watch the game without the commentary.” I say, let’s watch Trump and Netanyahu’s move without the commentary, because there are a lot of conversations, and this and that, and slander, and sometimes even quotes, but in practice there has never been a president and a prime minister who acted like this, and the results are evident from Iran, through the Golan Heights, through the embassy and now Gaza.

Every season, it seems like we have to say goodbye to a big name. This year… well it looks to be at least 3 big losses - John Stones, Nathan Benjamin Aké and Bernardo Mota Veiga de Carvalho e Silva. Wow, what an insane amount this trio has done for the club. All starters in the treble season and they’ve won the lot. Let’s start with Nathan Ake, he came from Bournemouth in 2020 for a fee of £40.4m - I mean at the time that seemed a lot for a back up centre back. He was steady, he was comfortable with the ball, solid at the back, some top blocks and some great last ditch tackles. But in 22/23 he was played at left back… and what on earth did he become? An absolute monster. ELITE 1v1 against any right winger. Unbelievable positioning and reading of the game. Even at times, getting forwards and he chipped in with some important goals. The best left back in the league that season. Whenever called upon, between his injury-stricken City career, he’s been fantastic. Most recently in the Cup final against Arsenal where many thought he’d be a weak link… he was absolutely absurd. Wherever he goes… we wish him the best of luck. John Stones, well… if injury hadn’t been the main factor in his career, he’d not only have a statue alongside Vincent Kompany, he’d have one outside Wembley. The general, the most tactical defender the game has ever seen. Whilst over his decade at City, he’s grown as a player and ironed out mistakes and just become an absolute Rolls Royce of a footballer, we can only speak about the treble season. The ONE season Johnny Stones managed to stay fit we won it all. Moving into the midfield and just bossing the park in every metric. Same number of dribbles completed in a Champions League final as Lionel fricking Messi? Unreal. General John Stones, definitely a fan favourite and we will be GUTTED to see him go. Thanks for everything Johnny. Finally Bernardo, Pep’s little favourite, the one everyone picks on, now finally the senior figure, the captain, the DREAM for a Pep team… he’s the epitome of a utility player being able to do absolutely everything on a pitch with endless running and an undeterred passion for the club. He is a true City legend. A decade at the Blues, also a decade of thinking he’s leaving in the coming summer. Well this year it’s finally confirmed… Bernie will leave the Blues being the face, alongside Kevin De Bruyne, of Manchester City under Pep Guardiola. The way his game has evolved is unbelievable. Once the tricky little attacker we signed from Monaco ten years ago, now dropping between the centre backs and a tenacious little midfielder tirelessly fighting for the team all over the pitch. His availability sees him become the only player in the modern era to be in City’s top 10 for appearances made for the club. He had everything on the pitch, and for City he was a fantastic little shithouse. But off the pitch he’s always had our hearts. Serious and passionate yet funny and joyful… Bernardo, it hurts to see you go. Thank you for everything. Seeing all these players leave us will be a pain in the hearts of all Blues, three fantastic servants to the club. Always welcome back to the Etihad, back home, back to the club where they won it all, we will welcome them back with loving arms. Bernardo Silva Nathan Aké Christine Murumba Once a Blue, always a Blue 💙

PRESS STATEMENT RE: SULEIMON OLUFEMI IN SAUDI ARABIA DEATH ROW, SETTING THE RECORDS STRAIGHT It has come to the notice of the Nigerians in Diaspora Commission (NIDCOM) an open letter published in some Nigerian newspapers by Amnesty International and addressed to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to intervene in the case of Suleimon Olufemi who has been on death row in Saudi Arabia for more than 20 years. Though on the surface, Amnesty International purports to be fighting for his release , it deliberately left out some facts. Here are the facts: Suleimon Olufemi left Nigeria for lesser Hajj (Umra) in Saudi Arabia and decided to check on a friend in Jeddah where there was an incident where a police officer was killed and he was arrested amongst those in the vicinity for murder. Unfortunately for him, while some got prison sentences, he got a death sentence. With the legal age of the child of the policeman that was killed now over 18 years, the family could decide to pardon him or hold on to the death sentence. After a series of diplomatic interventions, and several meetings with the family which included NiDCOM’s former Legal Director, (Barrister Abdullahi Bello), they insisted Suleimon Olufemi. must pay blood money (Diyya) to the tune of $570, OOO dollars. This was about three and a half years ago and Amnesty International was no where to be found then, when we approached them to collaborate to raise the funds required since they had also shown interest in the case. In any case , NIDCOM, in conjunction with the Association of Nigerians in Saudi Arabia, championed by the Yaro brothers raised the $570, OOO dollars which has been paid into an account opened specifically for this purpose with financial support from Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos State and Seyi Tinubu, who contributed about $150,000 dollars while the rest was raised through go fund me initiated by the Yaro brothers. (This was under President Mohammadu Buhari’s tenure). Now, the money has been paid. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Nigeria Embassy in Saudi Arabia have been engaging the Saudi Authorities on when Suleimon Olufemi will be released. With the funds raised and diplomatic moves being made by the Minister of Foreign Affairs who has also briefed Mr President , we are optimistic that the Saudi Authorities will pardon Suleimon Olufemi who has been in jail for well over 20 years now for an offence that really cannot be proven that he committed He apparently was in a wrong place at a wrong time. We appreciate the role of Amnesty International but we also encourage Amnesty to be factual and not just be self seeking in this pathetic case. The NIDCOM Chairman has been in touch with the Sulaimon Olufemi family wherein she received the aged parents on December 30, 2020 in NIDCOM office in Lagos. We appeal to the Saudi Arabia Authorities to release Suleimon Olufemi from prison having paid the imposed blood money in the spirit of fairness, justice and cordial diplomatic relationship between Nigeria and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Donald J. Trump You are just another puppet for the globalist Zionist Rothschild bankers who control America, just like the other presidents before you. You are just another war criminal and traitor to humanity. You don't care about America; you care more about the elite and Israel than you do about American citizens. You're nothing but a con man. You're the most pro-Israel president there ever was. If you win this election, you’re going to keep simping for Israel just like the other presidents before you. You’re not America first; you’re Israel first and the New World Order first. Trump, you go on about how you're for freedom of speech, but you recently said you will deport anti-Israel protesters if elected, which is super unconstitutional. Plus, when you’re in office, you will push to go to war with Iran because your masters will tell you to, so you can help them take Iran’s central bank and make their Greater Israel project. You will continue the genocide against Palestinians, which needs to stop, and push for war with China. You’ll continue the red scare propaganda and all that other nonsense. Not to mention, you’re a massive shill for Big Pharma. Also, one of the Supreme Court justices you appointed ruled that presidents have immunity from prosecution for official acts in office, marking the biggest government power grab since the Act of 1913, transforming America from a corporate empire to a corporate empire monarchy. So much for being America First 👇 Things Trump did that prove he's just another puppet to the elite: 1. Gave Fauci a Presidential Commendation Award 12 hours before he left office. 2. Operation Warp Speed that killed so many people. 3. Printed $8T in one term. 4. Signed CISA into law, which created the government backdoor censorship infrastructure into social media. 5. Recognized Israel’s sovereignty over the occupied Golan Heights, which it captured from Syria in 1967. Israel annexed the Golan in 1981 in a move not recognized internationally, but Trump pretty much gave Israel the Golan Heights. 22. Appointed a Big Pharma executive connected to Bill Gates to head vaccine developments. 23. Imposed unlawful sanctions on countries, which killed a lot of people, just like other presidents did. 24. Organized a coup in Bolivia and wanted to send the military to Venezuela. 25. In just 3 years of his presidency, Trump dropped 72,000 bombs, following in his predecessors' footsteps. 26. In 2020, Trump launched more airstrikes on Somalia than Bush & Obama combined. 27. Said in 2023 that he would use “Section 212(f) of the Immigration and Nationality Act” to “order my government to deny entry to all communists and Marxists,” which is unconstitutional. 28. In just the first 9 months of his presidency, he dropped more bombs on civilians than Obama and Bush. 29.
