CHILLING VIDEO: He pointed his gun at his ex-wife's head at point-blank range — and pulled the trigger. Prosecutors say former attorney Matthew Exton intended to carry out a "public execution" in a restaurant, but the gun didn't fire because the safety was still on. Before the man could try again, a waiter tackled him and others in the restaurant stepped in to subdue him. Exton has been convicted of attempted murder and is scheduled to be sentenced later this month.

Footage from Christina Grimmie’s final concert shows the man who killed her just hours later at a meet and greet, standing in the crowd. On June 10, 2016, Grimmie performed with Before You Exit at The Plaza Live in Orlando, Florida. After her performance, Grimmie signed autographs inside the venue. At 10:24 p.m., she was approached by 27-year-old Kevin James Loibl. Without saying anything, she opened her arms to give him a hug. Loibl then pulled out his Glock pistol and shot her three times at point-blank range. Loibl then turned the gun on himself.

🇺🇸 ICE SHOOTING: Looks like he went for his gun, but an agent grabbed his hand and stopped him. ICE agents screamed in this moment: “GUN! GUN! GUN!” So other agents shot to stop him from taking the gun. The guy in the grey jacket did take the guy’s gun the second already. INSANE

ICE agent points gun directly at the head of innocent civilian—just for taking picture of his license plate. He drew his gun with one hand—while fumbling to open the car door with the other. The "agent" did not seem to be aware someone else was already recording his vehicle. The incident happened during an ICE raid at the corner of Los Robles & Orange Grove in Pasadena, California. #DemVoice1 #wtpBLUE #DemsUnited

Shooting civilians at point blank range in the streets, launching missiles and trying to slaughter them, just because they’re Jewish with an intent to kill us all is the actual definition of a genocide.

Remember when that Border Patrol agent pulled a gun on unarmed civilians… twice… in Evanston, IL, just outside Chicago? Well, now we have the footage… and we finally know what “provoked” him. You can clearly hear a woman say, “She is a citizen of the United States!” Another agent warns him that people are filming behind him. The agent turns, looks directly at the camera, and says, “Get back or I’ll shoot you.” The man filming, in shock, replies, “You’re going to what?!” And that’s when the agent actually pulls out his gun and points it straight at an unarmed man who’s just holding a phone. All because they were… filming. So, when Border Patrol claims this was “by the book,” just remember: their book apparently says you can point a gun at an unarmed citizen for daring to exercise their first amendment right to film you.
