@FredDiBiase247 I can debunk this straight away. There are no direct flights between New Zealnd and Argentina. You can however fly from Auckland to Chile direct in 11 hours, which is very close to Buenos Aires. There you go:

@FredDiBiase247 No, nothing to do with straight lines. It's with economy. The number of people traveling to Argentina is not enough to have a direct flight from NZ. So they add them to flights from other cities flying to Argentina. If you believe in flat earth you were born a millennia late

@FredDiBiase247 It's because there are no flights going from New Zealand to Argentina. If there aren't enough people to warrant a regular scheduled flight , they have to make a connection somewhere that they actually fly to. It's not that hard to figure out 😆

@FredDiBiase247 I have caught an Air NZ flight from Auckland to Santiago and it goes direct on the path you mention as the obvious path. I would say your problem is to do with selecting a US airline that doesn't have the rights to fly from NZ to Argentina. Get's you thinking, right?
