Sake of “Police is your friend” the police are not doing things like Ralph is doing. I can say “Ralph is your friend” by what he is doing. The police are as “well, I don’t really care” as the rest of us. In the name of being friendly they only hurriedly handle cases that are either putting small money directly into their pocket instantly or cases that are really really difficult to overlook. A father who tells you the truth and disciplines you is more of your friend than the one who plays volley ball with you everyday while he knows you have very bad grades and does nothing about it. 🙂‍↔️
