Day 134 Sober šŸ™ Just hit 2 weeks in sober living and things are going great. Roommates are solid, I’m settling into a strong routine: prayer every morning and night, work during the week, meetings in the evenings, YMCA workouts in between, and relaxing when I can. It’s surreal how good I feel. A couple years ago I had the material stuff—good money, nice things—and I was miserable. Blew it all up chasing that old life. Now? I don’t have much in terms of stuff… and it doesn’t matter. I’ve got a clear mind, I’m on the right path, and God is walking this with me. That’s the real power. The rest will come in time. For now I’m grinding every day, investing in myself, becoming the best version I can be—so when the right special lady comes along, I’ll be ready to build something real. My birthday is this Sunday. Weird feeling knowing every one since I was 19 was wrecked by alcohol and drugs. This year I’m sober, present, and grateful. Not sure on plans yet—dinner with the housemates for sure, and some time with my mom and dad. I cherish every moment with them now. The promises of recovery are starting to show up early because I’m finally willing to do whatever it takes. No more self-will running the show. I’m just a regular guy getting his life back one day at a time… and it feels damn good. Your life is worth saving. If I can do this, you can too. You just gotta want it bad enough. You owe it to yourself to try. DMs always open if you need someone to talk to. #RebuildingSober #OneDayAtATime #Recovery #SoberLiving

EMIBONNIE MOONSHADOW BLOOM #BBFanFest2026D2 šŸ’œ: First of all, I must thank GMMTV, thank you P'Tha, and thank you to all the executives who... saw something in me since day one. Thank you for giving me this opportunity that allowed me to discover myself, whether it’s acting, singing, or dancing. I... really unlocked so much within myself. Everything was something I was scared of, whether it was acting, singing, dancing, or performing. But getting to start with Blush Blossom made me realize that it has become love, it has become my happiness to get to sing, get to dance, get to perform, and get to show it to everyone. Thank you so much to the executives, and I will really do my best with every opportunity I receive, every single time, I promise. šŸ’œ: And then, I want to thank all the Phis (Sobs) Everyone is really like a family... Like, jingjing (In Thai, "Jingjing" means "really") I don't mean P'JanJingjing, okay? I mean "really" really. Everyone supports me so well. Everyone is like... so kind. Everyone plays with me and it's so much fun. Like, I’m just so happy to have met everyone. There was a period where I worked a lot with P'Mi, and like, we didn't have much rehearsal time. But every time I came into the practice room, everyone helped me so well. Coming to help teach me how to dance and stuff, like P'Mewnich, P'Fond, P'Jingjing, everyone... P'Namtan, P'Film, everyone, literally everyone. They helped me like, "Bonnie, stand here" "Bonnie, do this here" "Dance like this." Like, I’m so happy to have everyone right here. Everyone who just came in is such a great friendship for me too. I feel that I'm really, really happy to have gotten closer to everyone. And then... (Voice cracks) šŸ’œ: My voice cracked... Thank you P'Mi too. Thank you for like... I know that P'Mi used to be so scared of dancing. The first time we did Blush Blossom together, P'Mi told me like, "I'm not dancing, okay? I want it light, no, I'm not dancing." But this time, P'Mi is like, how is it, everyone? Have you seen her waist yet? I guarantee that waist... 🧔: (Rolls her waist) šŸ’œ: P'Mi is really, really dedicated. I'm happy that P'Mi could step out of her own comfort zone, became braver to dance more, and braver to open up her dance lines more, which is really so beautiful... Sigh. But if I could keep it for my eyes to watch only, I would have kept it already. But I want to show it for everyone to see too. So, thank you for always being such a good partner. That we like, always fill in the missing parts for each other. So I hope we stay like this on and on. And also... Love you, jub jub! 🧔: (Blows kiss) šŸ’œ: (Mewing) šŸ’œ: And then, thank you to all the fans, thank you to every single fan, like... before this, I disappeared from social media for a while, and I know everyone missed me. But I missed everyone too. So I’m sorry for not uploading on social media or coming to update anything for everyone to see much, because actually, there was work and rehearsals constantly too. And I'm sorry to everyone, sorry for making you wait. And... today, I will come and fill everyone up so that I'll stop missing you! And thank you for sitting right here, and for being like the "Besties" just like I always said, being my true friends who love me no matter what I’m like, support me no matter what kind of person I am. Even when I'm just being myself, you still love me the way I am. Thank you so much, I really love everyone... šŸ’œ: And also, I want to thank the staff members too. The staff takes such good care of all of us. We have our own staff members just like P'June said, like our own personal staff. Everyone is so cute and looks after me so well. Thank you to the staff, both in front of the scenes and behind the scenes. Thank you.

šŸ—Øļø Cellbit was mentioned on Tenshi's stream! #TENSHI: Team International beat us (in Half & Half), and it's my fault! Because I told them everything that I was doing. Behind the scenes I was talking to Team International, and they were so nice to me that I started leaking all my strats. (...) I was telling them everything and then, yes, they beat us! But, to be fair, I was hard rooting for them. I genuinely loved everyone on Team International so much, at least the ones I spoke to. They were the nicest people ever, and they really deserved to win. Like, some streamers I didn't interact with, because I was scared, but Team International... they were always so lovely, they would come up and talk to me- genuinely the best people ever! I love them so much, most of them. #CHAT: Did you interact with Cellbit? [She researches who he is]. #TENSHI: YES! Cellbit, that's his name, yes, yes, yes! I am really bad with names, I met so many people, it's impossible to remember everyone's names. (...) Cellbit is SO NICE! One of the nicest people at the event, pinky promise! He is so nice... I never interacted with him before, or seen any of his content, but we started this bit to trick a guy-. This dude, he was talking to Cellbit like "As long as you beat this girl..." talking about me, then I walk over and I'm like "Why are you talking shit about me? This guy is literally my brother". I had no idea Cellbit was famous! What the fuck is this, 6.7, 6.7 (million followers)! But I had no idea he was famous, I just go up and "This guy is actually my fucking brother, bro! Why are you talking shit about me to my brother", and he went along with it! He went along with the bit, holy goat, man! He just went along with the bit and i was like "Yeah! That was so good, W, brother!"

Hello everyone, hello. It’s raining a lot outside, right? Yes, I hope everyone’s being careful not to get caught in the rain. As for food… I’m planning to eat a little later. Yeah, I’ll eat later. Last night, I… I really thought a lot. I kept thinking and thinking, and after all that, I felt like - for the people I love, I should at least speak honestly. Rather than just pretending nothing happened and letting it pass, I wanted to say this properly. Because when I’ve done something wrong, I want to say I’m sorry. I believe the closer the relationship, the more careful you have to be. And yesterday - honestly, it was such a good day, right? It was such a good day… it was our Jongho’s birthday. We each congratulated him personally, but, if I’m honest, I don’t think I thought deeply enough about it. I don’t think I did, and there’s really no excuse for that. Because all of you love ATEEZ and love Jongho, and I should have been more thoughtful, more detailed. So I really wanted to sincerely apologize for that part. Even though Jongho and I are close, that’s beside the point. The closer you are to someone, the more you should be considerate. But because I thought, ā€œAh, we’re close,ā€ I just lightly said, ā€œOh, his birthday passed already,ā€ in a joking way… and I’ve been thinking about that. I think my wording yesterday was quite strong. You don’t have to unconditionally hold me or comfort me. Really, it’s okay. I’m really okay. I mean it. But still… when I think that my words might have hurt you, it doesn’t matter how I am. It just keeps coming to mind, over and over. Honestly… it’s true that my wording was strong. I think I was too excited, too comfortable - maybe I got carried away. The words themselves came out too harsh, and I regret that. And I want to be clear - I never, ever meant something like ā€œmokie jolida/being/to chokedā€ toward you guys. It was just something I said lightly, the kind of thing friends might say to each other. But still… when I thought about it later, just the fact that you had to hear those words made my heart feel uneasy. All through last night, I kept thinking, ā€œMaybe… maybe I shouldn’t have said something like that.ā€ Words with that kind of negative tone - I really shouldn’t say them. I wasn’t thinking clearly. And, because my family is really, really close - my mom and dad are both very warm (hearted) people, and my noona/older sister sometimes calls me ā€œoppaā€ in a cute, teasing way. But I guess I got too carried away and just said it without thinking… Still, one thing I can say for sure - and I’m not just saying this - in our family, my noona/sister is my noona/sister. Truly. Even though I said it jokingly, now I realize that it was inappropriate, so I’ll be more careful from now on. The reason I wanted to talk to you like this is because, even if it’s just a small thing, when I do something wrong, I want to say it right away. I really want to. And if I do something wrong, I want you to tell me. Because I’m ignorant about some things. There are many things I still don’t know. So sometimes I make mistakes. I hope you can tell me comfortably. I kept thinking about when I should do this live - I thought, in the morning some people have work, some people are busy - and after thinking about it, I decided to come now, because I really wanted to tell you this. Of course, everyone feels things differently. Depending on how someone interprets it, it can feel different. But at least for me - if I look back objectively and realize that what I did wasn’t right, I want to admit it. I was the one at fault, so I should admit it. What use is pride in front of you all, really? When I think about it calmly - if I did wrong, then that’s wrong, no excuses. That’s why I wanted to speak openly about it.

Cody Rhodes was asked about John Cena saying how the match that you guys did at SummerSlam had to be different, had to deliver, because the WrestleMania match he felt didn’t. How did you put that match together at SummerSlam? ā€œWell, I never was one to get mad or get in my feelings over WrestleMania 41 because it was part of a larger story. That is a hard sell, though, for a WrestleMania, especially when the year before you had the completion of over several decades of a journey, and at a 10-year Mania, you’re involving luminaries and legends. It’s a feeling that’s good, a good feeling, as Shawn Michaels will say, the good stuff. So when you go into 41 and you’re doing 1/4 of your story, and you know your story goes all the way to SummerSlam, I never was not committed, and I never doubted John. I hope he knows that, because I know he talks about this match, so I feel comfortable talking about it, but I never doubted, hey, well, this is what we’re doing now, and this is what we’re going to do, then this is what we’re going to do when we get to SummerSlam. You asked, though, how we put it together. I have a really great photo of how we put it together in the most old-school fashion ever. He wanted to have a cigar where he was staying in New York, and this was the night before. I figured I like cigars, it is one of my favorite things, maybe the most Cuban thing about me. I went there, and I realized after dinner and stuff, maybe an hour in, that we were talking about tomorrow. But we were just talking about it differently than you talk about it at the ringside area. We were talking about it, then we would talk about something else, and then we’d slip back into it, and it was the most I think I’ve ever focused in my mind. Because once we go past something, I don’t want to forget it. Remember that idea, I don’t want to forget it. So I ended up going to my hotel that night, and I had it all. I had everything, and I kept making sure. I think I was telling Brandi, and I was making sure I had it. I had what we had talked about. Because with an old school guy like him, you may actually go out there the next night without seeing each other, which is wild in 2025-26. But with John, that was a possibility. He could have just yelled his whole version of it, or I could have yelled my whole version. But that was a really special moment, because I got a lot of pictures from it, and I didn’t share any except maybe one of us signing at the tables. But I got to be with my friend at the end, and I got to not just be with my friend, but I got to have the responsibility that I think anyone in the business would want. I got the responsibility of being booed in Vegas. I got that responsibility of being the one who can survive. Hey, yeah, you may not be the hot thing right now, but if you’re going to be QB 1, you have to be able to survive, and I got to be able to be in there with the guy who survived more encounters than anybody in our business with split crowds, for him crowds and hostile crowds.ā€ (Chris Van Vliet)

Pioneers Build Up Society Good Example Global Pioneers, how are you doing? Today is Saturday. I feel very good. From yesterday, I started to change my routine. I don’t use my phone as often, because if we always use the phone, we cannot focus on our daily life. From the monk’s teaching about mindfulness, starting from the morning, I began to practice this, and I feel very good. When I wake up, I have more time. I do massage, clean my home—daily cleaning—do laundry, work out, practice yoga and meditation, and I also have time with my daughter. We go outside together. Actually, outside is very cold. The weather is around 20 degrees centigrade right now. It is about 6:20–6:30 in the evening, and you can see it is very beautiful outside. What I want to share with you is that it is very important to manage our daily life and our priorities. Right now, we really need to focus on our current life, not always put all our time on the phone. For me, before, I spent most of my time on the phone. I read a lot of information, I wrote a lot, and I answered many questions in the groups. But now, you may notice I didn’t post much these two days. This is not because I don’t care. It is because I am busy with my daily life and also spending family time with my daughter. And I think this is what we should pay attention for all pioneers as a good family member and society good example. Because for our GCV community and the Pi Network community, we have many pioneers—10 million, 20 million, 30 million, 40 million, 50 million, 60 million, even 70 million right now. Every pioneer has their own daily life. So how should we think about Pi Network and GCV? As I said before, GCV has already succeeded. But right now, what everyone is waiting for is the Pi Network full open success. How can we reach that? Actually, the infrastructure is ready. The technology is ready. GCV is ready. So what is next? I believe the Core Team is still working on compliance and regulation. That part is their responsibility. But for our community, what is most important is unity. Pioneers need to calm down and be patient. If you can participate in building GCV value or the ecosystem, that is very great. If you cannot, it is still okay. Please focus on your daily life and keep yourself healthy and positive. Being healthy, being happy, and having a good relationship with your family is very important. When your family supports you, they support you as a pioneer. And if you do very well as a good example in your family, maybe they will also join as pioneers. This is very important, because in this way we also get support from society to support Pi Network. Right now our goal is Pi Network success soon and long term safety. If you can, please try to repost our educational information and our activities. We have many activities. We have very good pioneers, great ambassadors, and special envoys from many countries. They are doing a very amazing job. Please take some time to repost. But you don’t need to spend a long time on your phone. Just read the important information. As I said, it is not good to read too much information, because some information is fake and can make you confused. You don’t need to read a lot. For example, you can read my articles, Mr. Jojo's articles, and also information from Ms. Lumari, Ms. Donny Padaja, and Mr. Jason Wong. I think 20 minutes every day is enough. Then spend 10 minutes to repost. If we can do this, we can reach full open very fast. Pioneers will become calm and settled. There will be less negative energy in our community. Our community should be dynamic and positive, and that positive energy can accelerate our progress toward fully OM. When that happens, investors will have confidence in us. Please remember, we must have a long-term vision. Pioneers are people should have a long-term vision. This is not just about going to exchange market selling Pi in the market. This is not our destination. This is only a bridge to our destination. Please remember that. Now, it is dinner time for me. I need to have my dinner, and I hope everyone is enjoying your weekend. Please pay attention to your health—do some workout, meditation, maybe yoga because they can motivate you have good energy. Keeping healthy is very important, because we will have financial freedom in the future. You must have a good body to enjoy it, and also good relationships and a happy family to truly enjoy life. So it is very important to focus on your current life. Thank you so much. Have a nice day. Doris Yin 🪷🪷🪷 Jan 31st 2026

Then I went back to the same state... long silence, avoiding talking, and wanting to be alone.. I don't want anything anymore, I just wait for my day to end in silence.. Sleep is not enough anymore.. I want to lose my memory.. A close friend asked me: What do you eat in Gaza? I replied: Imagine your food without meat or chicken. How would it taste? Then imagine without onions or garlic, or even the Maggi cubes that give food its flavor. Then add to that the absence of oil, lemon, or any alternative to balance the flavor. Then imagine cooking without vegetables, without even seeing fruit. This is how we live. We eat bread mixed with lentils.. Or we cook a bean dish without tomato sauce. We're used to eating anything, really anything, because we eat just to survive. In fact, anyone who finds a loaf of bread here is considered lucky.. The world is a hypocrite par excellence. They kill and destroy us, then give us a handful of food, then ask us to be grateful. I don't mean you, my friends. Everyone knows what I mean.. A country that has neither flour nor food is fighting a country that has nuclear weapons.. What justice are you talking about? It's a one-sided war.. They are fighting the people here.... My dear friends and loved ones... Gaza is still suffering from the ravages of famine... and what is being brought in is a drop in the ocean of Gaza's daily needs.. Unfortunately, they place aid at points close to the army and kill people when they go to collect the aid. Going there is fraught with danger. Unfortunately, the aid is being looted by thieves, and the army is killing anyone who tries to impose security. This is called starvation engineering.. When a citizen takes aid for his needs, he is stopped by bandits and armed gangs and stripped of the aid he received.. It is hell in every sense of the word. Unfortunately, we are forced to deal with the black market to buy what we need for ridiculous amounts.. The average price increase is 50 times what it was before the war, and we cannot be selective in our purchases. We only buy what is available in the markets.. Things are more catastrophic than you can imagine. In the video below, Dr. Tom, an American working in Gaza, gives a testimony about what's happening here.. I see with my own eyes what the doctor talks about during my work... and there is much, much, much more that I see.. This is the curse of war. We weren't supposed to suffer like this.. Dear friends, I want to remind you that the cat food is completely gone. I am making an effort to find food for them on a daily basis. The prices are crazy and ridiculous, but your support is what helps me survive... I am grateful to everyone who has lit my way in the darkest times.. I literally want you to take a serious stand. I want you to share this tweet and make my voice heard around the world so everyone can see what's happening to us. Gaza is experiencing a terrible famine. Be a voice for truth and humanity.. #GazaForcedFamine #GazaUnderAttack #GazaNeedsBread #GazaGenocide #GazaStarving #Gaza_is_dying_of_starvation

Hearing the word cancer is scary. It’s a word designed to instantly make you freeze. But I refuse to let fear take over. It is a terrible thing to face, but it will not break or beat me. I apologise for the length of this post and the video itself… you all know I love an essay and am a talker! But I wanted to give you an honest understanding of what this is, and how I plan to fight it. Oddly, I look at it this way: my body created these cells. They are mine to stall, and mine to kill. I will. And I will wear a permanent battle scar for all to see… literally! I never thought this was something I would have to face. As someone who has campaigned against Big Pharma, the agenda, and the ā€œtreatmentsā€ that only make us sicker, I refuse to be a permanent patient. I refuse to fund the parasites who want us sick, dependent, scared, and vulnerable to coercion, propaganda, and evil. The ā€˜good’ news is; it is very slow growing, it has low chance of metastasis at the moment and it is not ā€˜seeding,’ so I will take the time I have to do everything in my power to stop it in its tracks. While that slow pace is highly reassuring for someone opting for radiation when the oncologist says, ā€œOkay, we need to fry it nowā€ after a year or two of tracking growth... that is simply not a path I am willing to take. When you won’t accept their treatment, it is a harder fight. I know it will grow and start interfering with the eye more, so I cannot afford to wait. And I will not let them fry my eye under any circumstances. I am sharing this video to ask for your help. This won’t be easy, and refusing their ā€˜treatment’ won’t be cheap. But it is a battle I will make damn sure I have the strength to fight! My plan is a complete overhaul. I need to consult with practitioners on OUR side, fund vital supplements, completely switch to a metabolic diet free of nasties, look into repurposed drugs, and detox prior to any treatment plan (due to mycotoxins from the mould) to eliminate systemic inflammation and toxic overload, so that my normal cells can function efficiently and metabolic therapies can work optimally. Crucially, I have to leave the studio flat that has destroyed my already vulnerable immune system (I also have an autoimmune disease I intend to correct to the extent I can through nutrition). I cannot wait for court success; I must be out before this winter. I am fully aware of this ticking clock, it makes my metabolic protocol, my detox, and getting out of that toxic flat an emergency, really. I am not just trying a lifestyle change; I am actively fighting to stall a malignancy before it hits the tipping point. To everyone who has supported me already, and to everyone watching this now: thank you. I appreciate you more than words can say. If you are able to help me fight, I have linked my Buy Me a Coffee below, and provided a link in comments for further ways to help me, if you can. I cannot harbour fear. I need strength in mind, body, and soul… and so many of you give me that strength. I am getting my cancer-fighting ducks in a row! I will also never give up the fight for truth, justice, humanity, and freedom either. And if I have to do it with one eye and an eyepatch, so be it… but I bloody well hope not! Thank you for listening, supporting, and being patient with me. I am truly, eternally grateful.

I don’t like having to get angry, yell, or raise my voice/blood pressure, but here’s another example of the daily BS that I have to put up with, and WHY I get as upset as I do. For the third time in two years, I am being sued, and my company is being sued over actions that I had no part of, and would never have done had I been in charge of my company. Today, as I was getting ready to go out of town to see a good friend, my dad knocked on my door and let me know that a process server had just come by the house and serve me paperwork. When I looked inside of the envelope, my first reaction and thought was that it was gonna be somebody locally that didn’t like what I had to say online, as I’m sure that that’s coming eventually. To my surprise, and I assure you, it was a surprise, I’m being sued for Joe McBride brother, Eric. Allegedly, Eric McBride violated federal statutes when it comes to marketing/telemarketing. I show you those charges inside of this video. You may not like me over January 6, and you may not like my politics, but one thing for sure: I have never been sued, or criminally charged/referred over anything at Wholesale Universe. If I did something that wasn’t in my customer/client’s best interest, I made it right over and over and over. My motto, and many of my former employees can tell you, was, ā€œwe are always going to do the right thing, even if it hurts.ā€ It pains me to see what has become of the baby that I built. As you can see, the company is not in the correct hands right now. When it was in mine and Bonnie’s control only, we didn’t have these issues. When it became in Bonnie’s control only, lawsuits and criminal complaints/criminal investigations started flying. Once again, you may not like me personally, but that doesn’t mean that my business that I rightfully and legally ran for years on end should be taken away from me and given to criminals who do things like this. Especially when these bills are still in my name, you’re still using the name wholesale universe which I created, and your tarnishing and staining my legacy and my name - in my ultimate reputation, which I tried to leave the world to use for good. Y’all took what I built for the community and for the employees and for the clients and ruined it. That makes me so sick to my stomach that I can put in so much time and effort just to have people come in behind me and completely steal it and ruin it, and destroy all the clients in the employees along the way that helped build it and get it there. Along with my children, losing my business that I worked so hard to build to these thieves is the second worst thing that ever happened to me. It took away all of the financial providing for myself that I ever planned for. I didn’t have a Plan B I built wholesale universe and burnt the ships behind me, as Matt Manero once said. I am going to fight this in court, but not the way that everyone thinks. You see, I have a game plan, and what I’ve learned about my game plans is none of you can ever guess what I’m gonna do next. So stay tuned.. Y’all thought the fire was lit under my ass before.. I’m going 3000 times harder now

250717 #ATEEZ #Hongjoong reflects on a calm tour, health, and staying safe, TOKTOQ pop (voice) live (rough translation): I’m feeling really good lately, and overall, this tour has been emotionally quite stable for me - in a good way. Normally, during tours, I tend to get sensitive at times and overwhelmed, but this time, from the very beginning, there’s been good news, the members have been in a good mood too, and our new album came out right as the tour began. So I’m approaching everything with a calm mindset and trying to do well. Compared to the last tour, where I had a lot of things on my mind, including things to take care of before and after each show, this tour feels more relaxed. That might be why I’ve been able to try making new intros and explore creatively. As for today… I don’t have any set plans to go out yet, but who knows? If the members or our manager hyungs suggest something, I might go out to eat. But for now, I’m not sure. I’m not really the type to make detailed plans. Also, I’ve been doing core-strengthening exercises lately - not just for stretching, but to prevent body pain. Since we’ve been promoting for a long time now, I think I really need to focus on working out the areas that need support. I’ve been doing that for a while, but just to clarify - core doesn’t only mean abs. It includes the back and waist area too. So I’ve been doing those exercises to avoid getting hurt. And well, there’s nothing specific I have to do today… I just… want to go out if I feel like it. (laughs) I also heard that it’s been raining a lot in Korea lately, and some cities are in danger. I really hope everyone is okay and that nothing serious happens. I sincerely hope all of you stay safe. The weather has become really unpredictable and kind of scary lately. šŸ’¬ Favorite American food? šŸæļø Hmm… burger? šŸ’¬ Last 8 days until ā€˜Almost’. šŸæļø Right, ā€˜Almost’ will be released soon. But honestly, Bradley already spoiled so much that I’m sure you’ve heard a lot of my voice already. Still, once it’s out officially, hearing the full version will hit differently. I’ve actually been a longtime fan of Bradley, and that’s how this collaboration started. Through this, I feel like I’ve witnessed a new power in music while preparing for it. Yeah… something like that. šŸ’¬ Can you do a hardstyle intro for ā€˜NO.1’? šŸæļø (laughs) Anyway, I think it’s time for me to go now. For ATINYs living in Korea, please take care of yourselves and stay safe. If you have friends or family in the southern regions, maybe give them a call or check in.
