Yea valid, my personal opinion is if it’s gonna be like soccer ball but slower. It Should do more damage or something. But that’s just my take

this is like the perfect Waluigi move but I think it needs to have actual topspin and backspin mechanics, would give it much more interesting use cases and would fit really well with Waluigi's trickier nature, especially if he's able to run behind it

That does sound cool! The only thing I really debated was making the ball give more damage if it reaches the height of the initial serve. Waluigi can also roll left or right, and the ball will just bounce in front of him.

It might be more fun if you add a slight delay between letting go and hitting the ball, but Waluigi jumped up however far he’d need to for hitting the ball. Imagine dodging an attack hitbox like that while also countering.

Right now I just have it set so that if you press B or A Waluigi will hit the ball. As long as it’s in the air

Needs a..."perfect shot" for a stronger hit. It's very unique, but not...fiddly.
