Naperville, Illinois police responded to a Walmart after staff reported a woman who had previously been trespassed from the store had returned. Officer Buckley approached her in the bread aisle and told her she needed to leave or she could be arrested. Her response? She called 911. While standing directly in front of him. The dispatcher confirmed Buckley was an officer on scene, but that somehow didn’t end the argument. I got home from work around 5pm and as I pulled into the driveway I noticed the neighbors garage door was opened. She normally never left it open unless she was outside. She lived with her husband who suffered from COPD so I never saw him much. A few days went by and I noticed when I was leaving for errands that her garage door was still open. I was beginning to worry because I started watching the house at night and noticed the lights were never on no matter how dark it was outside or what time it was. I tried calling her son and he said he would check in on her but wouldn’t call her that night since it was late. I don’t think he ever came by because when I got home, again the garage door was still open, it’s connected to the house and anybody could just walk in if they wanted to. I decided to call the police, they came out to do a wellness check on her. They noticed the garage door opened and they walked in. The side door leading to the kitchen from the garage was still unlocked. They kept knocking to see if anybody answered and nobody answered. I called her son again and he spoke to them and told them he was concerned something bad happened and this wasn’t like her. Fearing the worst, they entered the home. They went through every inch of the home but did not find her even in the home. The son ended up filing a missing persons report. She ended up coming back a few days later, it turned out that she went to visit a friend but didn’t say anything to anybody and accidentally left the garage open when she was loading her luggage into the uber. I think it was better for us to be safe than sorry, this could have ended much differently.

The woman recording went to this store to shop, when she got close to the register she was confronted by one of the workers who saw she has keloids on her skin and confused it with monkeypox. The worker then refused her service and told her she had to leave. The woman was upset and explained to her that no she doesn’t have monkeypox it’s just keloids. The worker acknowledges she made a mistake and apologizes, however she still is refusing to serve her and asks her to leave, she even calls a manager who tells her to call security. It’s understandable if she thought she had a contagious disease but once that was cleared up shouldn’t she had just rang her up and let her go on with her day?

NEW: Authorities believe they've found the body of a Homestead woman who had gone missing after her carjacking at gunpoint in central Florida was caught on camera, and are searching for the suspects involved in her killing. Katherine Altagracia Guerrero De Aguasvias (31) was attacked and kidnapped at gunpoint Thursday afternoon in Seminole County. As she was driving, another car rammed into her back bumper. She called her husband and told him someone was following her and had rammed her. The husband told her not to stop the vehicle. Unfortunately, she had to come to a stop at a red light, and this is when the situation took a turn for the worse. The carjacker appears to have ordered Altagracia Guerrero De Aguasvias to drive to the construction site in Osceola County, where people called 911 to report that they heard gunshots and saw smoke. When the authorities arrived to the location they found a burning vehicle with a body inside. Detectives believe the scorched vehicle is the Durango and the body is that of Altagracia Guerrero De Aguasvias. Also, they found twelve shell casings and one projectile at the scene. Authorities are trying to determine a motive for the killing but they said it appears the carjackers knew who they were targeting.

Squatter claims Adverse Possession on 577k home. Goes full Karen fighting with police. ​The incident began when a local real estate agent arrived at a bank-owned, foreclosed property in Cape Coral, Florida to show it to a potential client. The home was actively listed on the MLS and legally owned by Select Portfolio Servicing. However, when the agent got to the door, they discovered the lockbox had been forcibly hacked off the handle and the locks completely changed. ​Inside was a woman who claimed she and her husband had legally claimed the home through "adverse possession with title," arguing the property was abandoned. The agent immediately contacted the Cape Coral Police Department to report the illegal occupation. ​When officers arrived, the situation quickly went off the rails. Believing she was completely above the law, the woman refused to cooperate, yelling adverse possession saying she could not open the front door. She repeatedly shouted that the officers had no legal authority over her and that she was immune to their commands. ​The moment officers moved in to lawfully detain her for investigation, the woman completely lost control, exhibiting truly unhinged behavior: ​ She began shrieking at the top of her lungs, flailing, and physically fighting against the officers, falsely screaming that she was the one being assaulted. ​ As police worked to secure her in handcuffs, her aggression peaked when she intentionally spat directly into an officer's face—escalating her charges to a felony. ​ The unhinged behavior didn't stop once she was caught. While in transit to the car and once in the car, she continuously managed to slip out of her handcuffs and physically combat the transport officers, forcing police to use additional physical restraints just to safely get her to jail. ​With her dogs handed over to animal control, the woman was hauled off to booking. Goes full Karen fighting with police. ​The incident began when a local real estate agent arrived at a bank-owned, foreclosed property in Cape Coral, Florida to show it to a potential client. The home was actively listed on the MLS and legally owned by Select Portfolio Servicing. However, when the agent got to the door, they discovered the lockbox had been forcibly hacked off the handle and the locks completely changed. ​Inside was a woman who claimed she and her husband had legally claimed the home through "adverse possession with title," arguing the property was abandoned. The agent immediately contacted the Cape Coral Police Department to report the illegal occupation. ​When officers arrived, the situation quickly went off the rails. Believing she was completely above the law, the woman refused to cooperate, yelling adverse possession saying she could not open the front door. She repeatedly shouted that the officers had no legal authority over her and that she was immune to their commands. ​The moment officers moved in to lawfully detain her for investigation, the woman completely lost control, exhibiting truly unhinged behavior: ​ She began shrieking at the top of her lungs, flailing, and physically fighting against the officers, falsely screaming that she was the one being assaulted. ​ As police worked to secure her in handcuffs, her aggression peaked when she intentionally spat directly into an officer's face—escalating her charges to a felony. ​ The unhinged behavior didn't stop once she was caught. While in transit to the car and once in the car, she continuously managed to slip out of her handcuffs and physically combat the transport officers, forcing police to use additional physical restraints just to safely get her to jail. ​With her dogs handed over to animal control, the woman was hauled off to booking.
