Germany is so much more advanced with their Road system and driver training despite the fact that even in small villages they have cobblestone roads that are only one lane with cars parked on the side and people have to take turns moving through there but yet everybody knows exactly who gets the right of way and they do it fluidly with no accidents. The first time I was in Germany I was in the back seat with my son-in-law driving through one of these little villages and he was going like 35 mph through these tiny little curves with cars parked on each side of the road and I'm sitting back there freaking out because what about oncoming traffic!! but nope they got it all down to perfect science. They also require their people to be trained on how to drive for 2 years before they actually get a license. Let's s not even talk about the Autobahn and how amazing the drivers are on that.

The retards in Canada are 30 years behind on this. Every single manhole here either protrudes 4 inches or is sunken in 4 inches, and they place them precisely in the middle of the road.

Too bad American Street Department workers are too lazy to do that. Anywhere in the state of Indiana when there's road work going on there's usually either one guy working and 10 standing around are nobody doing a damn thing. @INDOT
