Just keep putting in the work- stepped away from the drills for the cleans today and just did some power cleans - I feel my technique is improved from before but still has a long way to go- on the positive side most of the catches felt relatively comfortable even if the rack still needs work- feel the bar path is fairly vertical but contortions to get around it are not where they need to be, definitely regressed to jumping out a bit wide on the heavier weights and extending back to far- will go back to drilling for another month and then test again

the fact that the first thing they went to do the moment they got back to their hotel is get on live and spend some more time with stays says so much about them. you can tell how they value the time they get with stays as much as stays do with them, and because today was cut short they had to make up for it😭
